Nirvana Vista Estate

WHEN YOUR FAMILY OR GROUP BOOK NIRVANA VISTA ESTATE, YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE 54 ACRE PROPERTY TO YOURSELF! Nirvana Vista Estate is a magnificent 54 acre property with extensive landscaped gardens, and stunning panoramic views of the Hunter Valley. The spacious 7 bedroom homestead can have up to 20 guests, and we have a function room that can have up to 120 guests for a sit-down reception. Our property is surrounded by wineries. In the warmer months, guests have exclusive use of the in-ground swimming pool, and in the cooler months we have a hot-tub and two indoor spa baths. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the dining room can sit up to 20. For entertainment, we have a BBQ, cable TV, a pool table, and table tennis. Walking around the magnificent gardens is a joy not to be missed!

The check in process was very easy as instructed by the property owner. Enjoyed a nice couple of days relaxing and enjoying the entire property. Would definitely recommend this slice of heaven!

End of season trip for 20 Ove 45 blokes: we were planning on spending time at various pubs....but the hous is so good, that we decided in staying at the property to whole time....definately coming back

Great property and setting which can easily accomadate large numbers of adults and kids. The kids loved the tranquil setting and wildlife that were at the door in the mornings. Dennis was great to communicate with.

A wonderful weekend away

Perfect yearly get away

A fabulous place to stay

We had a lovely family weekend at Nirvana Vista Estate with 13 people and had a lovely time. Very generous areas to spread out with loads of bedrooms for all. The pool and Jacuzzi were a hit and even watching the sunsets with kangaroos everywhere was just wonderful. Dennis was wonderful to deal with and would recommend to anyone.

Property was fantastic for our family group. Property had everything we needed. Good outdoor area with pool and spa. Grounds were amazing. BBQ was a little hard to light and gas bottle was empty when we arrived though there was a spare.

Great house, great family vacation

We came with my extended family for my mums 70th birthday. We had ages from 1-75 years old and everyone had a great time. Property exactly as advertised. Clean, well set up for groups. We loved the outdoor entertaining area. Kids loved the pool and the property left a lot of rooms for games. Dennis called right after check in to make sure we had everything. Highly recommend.

Great getaway for group of friends

I stayed here for 3 nights in a group of 20 friends and everyone loved the property. The beds were super comfortable, and there was a huge amount of space and seperate sitting areas, the grounds were enormous and there's a beautiful sunset view from the property. Listing photos definitely don't do it justice. We enjoyed seeing the wallabies, some bunnies, and sheep. Great communication from Dennis who prompty sorted out any issues that arose during our stay.

Family friendly property, we’ll be back!!

Dennis was great at communicating prior to our arrival. Upon arriving we were blown away with the property and house. There was more than enough space & bathrooms for everyone! The alfresco area was spacious, and the 5 hole golf was a hit!! Loved waking up to seeing the yard full of kangaroos and also being able to walk down and feed the sheep & baby lambs! We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a large family stay or small wedding! Location & views are phenomenal Thanks Dennis!!

Family Weekend Gathering

We fell in love with the spectacular views in the photos and we weren't disappointed when we arrived for our family weekend away. Our group consisted of 3 generations, grandparents, children & grandchildren. There were so many seating areas inside & outside that catered for our large group. The outside undercover area was large enough to seat our group plus have room for dancing & games. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Kangaroos visited in the late afternoon which was pretty special, especially if you're from the city. Each of the bedrooms were spacious enough to fit portacots for our grandchildren. And having 4 bathrooms meant no lining up for showers or baths plus there was plenty of hotwater. A great place for a weekend away with a large family. Hopefully we'll be able to organise a return visit in summer so we can enjoy the pool and hot tub.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at this property. The house is spacious, beautifully arranged, and everything was spotless and very well maintained. Incredible Stay

I can't explain how blown away our group was when we arrived to Nirvana Vista. The house is incredible and the grounds and views are breath-taking. Both far exceed how good they look in the photos. Dennis is an excellent host and we could not have had a better stay. We would highly recommend Nirvana Vista and I hope to stay there again in the future.

Really large property with plenty of space for all!!

We loved our stay, the grounds are amazing with plenty of different entertaining areas. The pool and spa were lovely. The only thing that is different from the website listing is the bedding configuration, all rooms except the Master have one queen bed and one single bed in each. Thank you we will be back!
