Coolum Family Haven

Relax and enjoy this spacious holiday house only 700m from the beach and 10 mins walk to Coolum’s hub with dining, shopping and a skate park/playgrounds for the kids. Perfect for the pet with Coolum’s popular dog beach ‘Stumers’ no more than a 10 minute walk. Noosa Heads and Hastings street are a 20 minute drive, as is the the Sunshine Coast airport. Brisbane is an easy 1hr 20 drive away.

The house offers the best of ‘both worlds’, boasting a big backyard, pool area, cubby for the kids and great entertaining deck. It really is the perfect holiday getaway close to the beach. Sit outside and enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds on the deck, rain, hail or shine. Swim in the heated pool, relax in the Bali hut, or stroll to the beach and restaurants.

Wake up early in the morning and enjoy hiking the well-known look outs of Emu Mountain and Coolum Mountain, followed by a delicious breakfast and coffee on the main strip.

The house is in a quiet child friendly cul-de-sac surrounded in beautiful maintained gardens, with national parks close by. Only a short drive or ride to Peregian, Noosa, Sunshine Beach, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Glass House Mountains and Maroochydore.

If the beach weather isn’t great one day or the kids are just wrestles walk to the markets in Coolum or take a short drive to the nearby Aqua Fun Park, Eumundi, Peregian and Noosa markets, visit Australia Zoo or Underwater World.

The house consists of 3 large sized bedrooms all with air conditioning and clothes storage, ensuite to main bedroom and separate bathroom and toilet close to the other rooms. We can, on request, supply a porta cot and additional matress which will easily fit in one of the double bedrooms. We will supply linen for all the beds and a bath towel and beach towel for each guest.

The large open lounge, kitchen and dining area includes a large couch, big screen TV, large induction stovetop and oven, dishwasher and coffee machine making it easier for you to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Leading out onto the spacious deck. This consists of a large dining area, BBQ and couches overlooking the pool and gardens where you and your children will be.

The house is pet friendly. With a large back yard and dog off leash beach just a short stroll away. Everyone's happy!

The yard and pool is fully fenced, making it safe for children playing and pets. There is off street parking available at the house if you are bringing more than one car.

The house is walking distance to a bus stop, connecting you to all destinations on the Sunshine Coast. Enjoy their free services during the Easter and Christmas holidays.

Please be aware that due to covid cleaning costs are included and additional fees may be incurred for leaving the house or yard in an unreasonable state, not cleaning the BBQ, not cleaning up after your pet or smoking on the premises.

This is a quiet neighbourhood and we expect our guests to respect that and not upset our neighbours by being excessively noisy i.e. playing loud music or having more people at the house than is allowed.

Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited, and will result in loss of bond.
