About this property
Coolum Family Haven
Relax and unwind in this spacious, family-friendly holiday home just 700m from the beach and a 10-minute walk to Coolum’s hub, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, and the local skate park. Set in a quiet, child-friendly cul-de-sac, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
With generous open-plan living, a large backyard, sparkling heated pool, and a Bali hut, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their holiday. The entertaining deck is ideal for family BBQs, long lunches, or simply relaxing with the ocean breeze and sounds of the surf — rain, hail, or shine.
Kids will love the cubby house, pool, and fully fenced yard, while pets are welcome too — with Coolum’s popular dog beach ‘Stumers’ less than a 10-minute stroll away. The yard and pool are both fully fenced, keeping children and pets safe.
Enjoy the best of the Sunshine Coast with the beach only 700m away and Coolum’s shops, cafés, and playgrounds within a 10-minute walk. Noosa Heads, Hastings Street, and the Sunshine Coast Airport are just a 20-minute drive, while Brisbane is an easy 1 hour and 20 minutes away. National parks, scenic lookouts, and walking trails are all close by, making it the ideal coastal getaway.
The home features three large air-conditioned bedrooms, including a main bedroom with ensuite, plus a separate bathroom and toilet for the other rooms. A portacot and extra mattress can be supplied on request. The open lounge, kitchen, and dining area offer everything you need for a comfortable stay — a large couch, smart TV, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Whether it’s sunny or not, there’s always something nearby to explore. Walk or hike Emu Mountain or Coolum Mountain, visit local markets in Coolum, Peregian, Eumundi, or Noosa, take the kids to Aqua Fun Park, Australia Zoo, or Underwater World, or simply relax on the beach and explore the nearby Hinterland and Glass House Mountains.
There’s off-street parking for multiple cars, and the home is a short walk to the bus stop connecting you to Sunshine Coast destinations, with free services available during Easter and Christmas holidays. The property is pet-friendly, but please ensure pets are cleaned up after.
This is a quiet neighbourhood, and we ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in the loss of bond.

Why they chose this property
Lots of entertaining potential just a short walk from the beach! This house is located in a very child friendly street with a private entry into the house.
What makes this property unique
We love our home and enjoy sharing what we have to offer with others. If it is the beach you are after, it is just a short stroll down the road passing cafes and parks. If you just want to relax at home kids can enjoy the cubby, pool and lawn area.
If the weather isn't great, the are lots of attractions nearby. Take a short drive to the movies in Noosa, visit Australia Zoo or take a day trip to Malaney.
