The entertaining deck is ideal for family BBQs, long lunches, or simply relaxing with the ocean breeze and sounds of the surf — rain, hail, or shine.

Kids will love the cubby house, pool, and fully fenced yard, while pets are welcome too — with Coolum’s popular dog beach ‘Stumers’ less than a 10-minute stroll away. The yard and pool are both fully fenced, keeping children and pets safe.

Enjoy the best of the Sunshine Coast with the beach only 700m away and Coolum’s shops, cafés, and playgrounds within a 10-minute walk. Noosa Heads, Hastings Street, and the Sunshine Coast Airport are just a 20-minute drive, while Brisbane is an easy 1 hour and 20 minutes away. The home features three large air-conditioned bedrooms, including a main bedroom with ensuite, plus a separate bathroom and toilet for the other rooms. A portacot and extra mattress can be supplied on request. The open lounge, kitchen, and dining area offer everything you need for a comfortable stay — a large couch, smart TV, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

Whether it’s sunny or not, there’s always something nearby to explore. Walk or hike Emu Mountain or Coolum Mountain, visit local markets in Coolum, Peregian, Eumundi, or Noosa, take the kids to Aqua Fun Park, Australia Zoo, or Underwater World, or simply relax on the beach and explore the nearby Hinterland and Glass House Mountains.

There’s off-street parking for multiple cars, and the home is a short walk to the bus stop connecting you to Sunshine Coast destinations, with free services available during Easter and Christmas holidays. The property is pet-friendly, but please ensure pets are cleaned up after.
