Constructed by one of the top local builders, this is holiday accommodation at its very best. Location is everything. This lovely holiday home is close to the Barwon River beach, shops and all Barwon Heads' amenities.

Superbly appointed in every detail, each room is full of light and style – with polished-concrete floors, sparkling white walls and benches, and a brilliant north-facing timber deck for relaxing on, dining on, or entertaining on.

Here you can really enjoy your getaway from the normal stresses of life and just “chill”.

Wedding weekend

Our family stayed here over the weekend of our daughters wedding at ‘At the Heads’. We had both families for a pre wedding drink on the Friday evening & the bride & bridesmaids wedding preparation on Saturday. The house was brilliant. Clean & incredibly comfortable. The indoor & outdoor spaces were perfect for our needs. Location was great and anything needed was easily accessible & very convenient to the wedding venue. A perfect house for a perfect wedding weekend. Many thanks.

Spacious, clean and welcoming, this property has it all. Close to amenities, restaurants and the beach. Spacious rooms with a kids retreat 'just in case' would happily stay at this lovely house and location again and again... thank you very much...

Beautiful Barwon Heads Vic

Great property in a fantastic location. Some issues with the property manager not being across some aspects of the house: additional linen costs not disclosed on Stayz and was only made aware once the booking was confirmed, could not access the advertised lock up garage, needed to replace the batteries in all the remote controls and what we could only assume were the owners cloths left in the walk in robe. But this did not detract from an overall very enjoyable experience.

Thanks David for your review. The property had not been used due to Covid 19 travel restrictions for many months and yours was a last minute booking. The house was cleaned thoroughly prior to your stay. Personal linen is not included with any of our rental properties and this is shown in the advertising. You were offered compensation for having to replace batteries and non use of garage on this occasion by an extra free night's accommodation which you chose not to take up. I hope we see you again but we do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience these minor issues caused you.

Great Holiday House

Great place to stay, very comfortable house with everything that we needed. Great kitchen with more than enough plates, mugs and wine glasses, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Walking distance to shops and the pub. Will stay there again.

Unassuming property with plenty to delight

You could easily drive by this house and not realize it was there but it was big, light and bright. Unfortunately COVID-19 cut our stay short but it was a lovely (albeit short) break from the norm. Located in a fantastic spot, easy stroll to the river and the Main Street, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

What a lovely mini break!! Immaculate home with absolutely everything you need . walk to beach, walk to breakfast (if you don’t feel like cooking) in the gorgeous bright fully equipped kitchen! Well thought out , very well priced , could not fault the whole process!! Most importantly comfortable beds and great linen!!! Looking forward to returning ... highly recommend
