We are proud to offer you a clean and modern condo in the heart of Kauai. It's convenient location will allow you to enjoy all that the island has to offer. Our unit is part of Plantation Hale suites which features 3 outdoor pools and spas, BBQ areas, and a full concierge and activities desk. The resort has several restaurants, beach access, a mini market, car rental, business center and an ATM. You can easily drive to Waimea Canyon, Opaekaa Falls, Horseback, Riding, Hiking, Kayaking, Napili Coast, and Wailua Golf Course from the condo. The resort is about 7 miles from Lihue Airport, which is about a 15 minutes drive with no traffic. The condo has free parking. This upper unit is optimized for the comfort of a family or group of four (up to 5). It has 1 bedroom that is furnished with plush 2 full sized beds and a full sized sofa bed with soft memory foam. It has 1 full bathroom equipped with a shower and a fully stocked kitchen with essentials like a microwave, electric stove top, and oven as well as a toaster, coffee maker, multi-cooker, and rice cooker. Our unit will provide the comforts of a home away from home, so you can spend less time worrying about the small things and really get the most out of your stay. The living room and bedroom features a brand new 50" flat screen 4K smart UHD TV with cable and Roku TV with free movies, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also a DVD player so you can rent your favorite movies from nearby Safeway and play them if you wish to. We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi that can be accessed throughout the condo, as well as a USB/NFC docking station in every room for all of your electronic devices. The bedroom and living room both have in wall AC units that will provide an escape from a hot day. A new whisper quiet AC just installed in the bedroom. The condo’s location offers convenient access to markets and is steps to a beach with a jogging or bike path, beaches, rivers, activities, restaurants, and more. The condo in next door to Sheraton Resort and The Coconut Market place with shops, Waipouli Town Center and Kauai Village Shopping Center and has supermarkets, Starbucks, McDonalds, and restaurants is a few minutes away. You can enjoy Coconut Marketplace farmer market every Tuesday and Thursday 9am-1pm and free Hula Dance show every Wednesday 5pm and Saturday 1pm and live Hawaiian music every Friday 5pm. Driving out a few minutes will get you to a place where you can rent bikes and enjoy the picturesque bike trail along the shoreline. The Wailua golf course, Lydgate State Park and Wailua River is close by and are great locations to kick back and relax. Lydgate State Park has a massive wooden playground and an amazing enclose snorkeling area that is open to the public, and the Wailua River is simply perfect for kayaking and rentals are offered near the river. We provide a few beach items you can use for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a boogie board, and beach towels. With these, you will be all set to enjoy the beach with your family or friends! There is a shared laundry room just right downstairs. THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT.

Condo smelled musty and took several days to get use to.There where dust balls hanging from bedroom popcirn ceiling and on wall in living room. The pool was always crowded witjh young loud chidren so never went. Lanai is above pool area and had a lovely view of the mountai and you can view ocean from side of lanai
The whole experience was supurb. The host provided excellent and almost immediate communication. The location was exceptional; mountain and ocean views from the lanai and kitchen. A short path to the ocean and walking trail was seconds away. The interior was immaculate, well furnished and just the right amount of decor to compliment the simplicity. The unit came equipped with coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas, and other outside equipment for beach enjoyment. All staff at the facility work hard to maintain a well-kept and safe facility. I was happy to have stayed here.
We loved the clean, well equipped space and ease of contacless check-in and check-out. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was ample and well illuminated. Plentiful shopping and restaurant choices within walking distance. The pool area isn't always ready by opening time and the key code to get in is ridiculously long. But that didn't keep us from enjoying a quiet, relaxing hot tub to start end our days. The short walk to the beach is perfect for viewing the sunrise.
Perfect centrally located condo. Easy to get to either North Shore or the South Shore. Right next to the Coconut Market place, Lava Lava Beach Club and walking distance to many of the shops in Kapa'a. While a bit close to the main road, so you get some traffic noise, it was close to the beach, just a short walk across the way and you were there. The Polynesian style architecture was fun, Host was very nice and sent some info before we arrived.
The space was noticeably clean. Friendly and very responsive host. Location was close to lots of fun stores and restaurants. AC worked well. Close walk to the beach. We loved it.
Unit was exactly as described, lots of nice extras were provided like coolers and beach items. Great location for exploring the island and a/c worked well.
This older but well-maintained second-floor corner condo features secure keyless entry. The bedroom is well appointed, and the two double beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom offers a great shower with shampoo and body wash provided, plus ample counter space and plenty of towels. The kitchen and living area are separated by a small counter with seating for three and include a four-burner electric stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. A dining table for four, complimentary Hawaiian chocolates, and coffee condiments added a nice touch. The living room has a comfortable sofa, Roku TV, its own AC unit, and sliding doors to the lanai, where beach gear is available for guest use. There is no elevator (one flight of stairs), but parking is ample and includes a pass. The only drawback—beyond the owner’s control—was the unheated pool (cool in February) and a hot tub that was too hot for my needs. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations, and Kapaʻa offers great shopping and dining, with most destinations on Kauai within 30–45 minutes. We would gladly stay here again.
This was one of the rare stays where the description does not do justice and and the review rating is totally justified.They have everything you need and the location is perfect to explore the island. I would stay here again without hesitation!
Great location. So nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella, coolers too. Also my granddaughter loved the use of the boogie boards. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen had all the conveniences we needed for our stay . Communication was great. The Coconut Marketplace was in walking distance and so convenient. Beaches are close by too. Thanks again.
