We loved the peace and quiet of the rural setting including the two chickens! The fridge was really well stocked with all that we could need including a dozen delicious eggs.Only possible improvement would be a smart tv so we could watch our favourite shows if we wanted to.

Beautiful Hidden Gem

A beautiful large home hidden away. Perfect for a large family to spread out and enjoy themselves. Nearby to attractions & nicely maintained property with everything you need. Greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning in the future if we are travelling that way again.

Perfect family retreat!

Beautiful house and peaceful garden. Close to the highway, but far enough away that we couldn't hear any road noise. Lots of space for the kids and teens to spread out and relax. Liz was a friendly & generous host, amazing breakfast provisions and even helped us with a ladder to rescue our son's bouncy ball from the roof. We loved it and hope to come back again! Thanks Liz

Modern home in beautiful country location

We had two small families staying for the weekend. The home was spacious and modern, and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Generous breakfast provisions were provided. The home is set on beautiful gardens and has amble parking in a quiet private location off the road. Would definitely recommend for large families or two small families travelling together.

Naracoorte stay

Nothing to really fault. Two small things outside rubbish bins a little full and found that you could use anew frying pan. However everything else excellent and would be looking to booking for 18 to 20 of January 2026

It was great to meet you on the weekend Tom. Thankyou for the 5 stars. I'm really sorry that your stay was a little less shiny because of the two small things you mentioned. Definitely something for us to pay attention to. We'd love to help you out with your booking request for next year. Thanks again, Liz

Sibling Reunion

It's sometimes hard to find adequate/suitable accomodation for our annual sibling reunion (3 sisters/ 2 brothers all 70yrs +) This property with 5 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a generous kitchen and large living area proved ideal The covered outdoor area including BBQ and large lawn area provided plenty of room for outdoor activities A minor issue/query was addressed promptly by Liz A must stay location. Many thanks

Exceptional home in tranquil setting

Although we knew that this accommodation would be special when we booked it, nothing could prepare us for just how wonderful it is. This is a very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated home away from home and we had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips and more. We prepared home cooked meals on all three nights that we stayed as we didn’t want to leave to go the short distance back into town to eat out…. We also didn’t want to miss the evening chorus of birds and other farmland happenings. The house was spotless, and the little goodies left by the host for us to enjoy were generous and very much appreciated. Thank you for providing such an exceptional holiday retreat this remains our favourite to date 😊..

The photos don't do justice. Comfiest beds I have slept in when travelling, really nice clean/crisp linen and towels, spacious for a group. Gorgeous bush setting, friendly possum on tree near the veranda and the perfect distance to the wineries. Recommend.

Naracoorte Getaway

As a group of 8 this property was perfect. The only thing was there were no salad bowls or platters. Otherwise a very well appointed, comfortable and clean house. Thank you.
