Fully air-conditioned, this wheelchair accessible modern home has views from both decks. On entry is a very comfortable lounge with a Apple television and DVD player. This is an entertainer's delight with the kitchen fully equipped with everything including Nutri-Ninja juice blender. The lounge area opens off onto a huge deck with views of the ocean. There is a fireplace, however, wood is not supplied.

The master bedroom contains a king size bed and ensuite with wheelchair access. Downstairs are another 3 bedrooms. Bedroom two contains a queen size bed, bedroom three contains a queen size bed and bedroom 4 has a set of double bunks. Linen not provided. There is a huge games room with billiard table, another television and DVD player. There is also another huge deck off this area. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. No garage, however, driveway or on-street parking available.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, coffee shops, restaurant, bottle shop, chemist, newsagent and convenience store.
