A week in Tokyo!
The guest house was very cheap and very near Akihabara. (10 minutes by train if I remember well) I was out the most of the time so I didn't speak much to the staff, but they were very friendly when we checked-in.
The shower was 100 yen for 15 min, but it didn't bother me that much. I had no problem of security regarding my stuff left at the hotel, so go for it!
Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a short stay accommodation in Tokyo!
