Fully refurbished,( repainted thorughout 2023) this apartment has been tastefully furnished and fully equipped for short stay guests. This is a self catering apartment and we supply some basic consumables to get you started (soap, toilet paper, etc), after which you should replenish your supplies as needed. Our cleaner will usually attend weekly during your stay and will do a quick clean and change bed linen and towels.

We do usually replenish the washing machine powder, when we are aware it has finished, but as with all consumables, guests should be replacing those on an as needs basis.
Clearly this hasn't happened and our cleaner hasn't noticed. Apologies.

It was the perfect place for our two-month stay in Perth. We really thank Lesley, it was very easy to communicate with her, and the place was impeccable.
We needed a place where we could transit to the medical precinct easily and this suited property us at short notice. All clean and presented well.

Thanks for staying Brian and thanks for reporting the tv reception. Nobody else in the building. We had it all checked out and have had a new antenna and a splitter fitted, so it should all be perfect now!
Although we don't want to see you back using the nearby hospitals, you are most welcome to stay again.

Yes, the carport was built in the 1970's when cars were smaller, so we do alert guests.
We find if we reverse in (Landcruiser), it does work better. There are always the 2 visitor bays and a bay on the front verge which are more spacious too.

very convenient well set up small apartment, though with ample room for 3. Lovely courtyard to sit in , quiet neighbourhood though upstairs flat noise could be a problem for some.

Neat tidy compact 2 bedroom unit. The unit has all the facilities needed and is warm and comfortable. The TV has over 100 channels and the Broadband wifi works a treat.It is a short walk to the famous Chez Jean Claude Patisserie in Rokeby Rd.
We really enjoyed this little apartment in Subiaco. Parking was easy. The garden was delightful. When it was very hot outside we were completely comfortable inside.

Leslie was a wonderful and very responsive hostess.
The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was also perfectly located near Kings Park on a beautiful street near shops and great cafes.

My husband & I stayed for a month and were joined by my sister for 21/2 weeks. The proximity to the train and selection of restaurants and coffee shops is excellent.The unit is small but adequate. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked. It was lovely to spend time in the courtyard but the aluminum table and chairs could be replaced
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped unit. Virtually everything we needed was provided for our 5 week stay. The location is good - the purple cat bus goes into the city for free from nearby. There are a couple of nice restaurants, cafes and a bar within a very short walk. Another pleasant bonus is a lady coming in every Sunday to clean and change bedding. Although we didn't meet, the owner seemed very pleasant indeed.

The location of this building was ideal for a long term investment - close to the University of WA, local major hospitals, and the Subiaco cafe, restaurant and shopping strip. No 2 is one of two in the building rented short term, and its location has made it very popular with guests.

Being single level and on the ground floor, it appeals to all ages. The private courtyard garden is a haven. It is very secure with CCTV operating over the car park and entry. It is fully equipped and has unlimited wifi, making it ideal for short stay guests who like a degree of independence.
