Ideally located in the heart of Mildura's CBD, this stylish private and comfortable studio apartment is only a stones throw away from Mildura's iconic riverfront that features a water play park, wharf, paddleboat cruises, boat/ kayak hire, bike and walking tracks, the new and very popular Cafe 1909, as well as other popular waterfront cafes such as Cafe de Caravan and the Dockside cafe. Also if you are a bit of a foodie, Apartment 37 on Lemon is only a short walk (2-5mins) to other popular cafes, organic and vegan stores, pubs, clubs, Mildura Mall and most importantly Langtree Avenues well known feast street.

This is the perfect apartment to stay in over Mildura's well known hot summer weather, not only because of the reverse cycle refrigerated air conditioner but also because it is only a couple hundred of meters away from the Aqua-coaster waterslide or you could keep walking another couple hundred of meters to jump in the river or cool off at the riverside water park. If you are wanting to just relax after a big day of activities Apartment 37 on Lemon is also a nice place to chill out on the outdoor setting under the pergola, cook yourself a BBQ Lunch/Dinner or watch a movie on the 42 inch plasma TV.

The Apartment is very private and secure with rear lane access via remote control roller door and electric keypad coded door entry. The room offers a comfortable king Size bed, also a sofa bed if you do not want to share or have extra guests, kitchen with microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sink and fridge. Bathroom with private shower and toilet. Full accessibility to a secure storage room.

poor Reception by the owner. he thought that I was comming the next day. His mix up.No Prior contact prior to me going to the property. On my arrival I was trying to make some contact on how to get in no phone number for contact. Ventilation in the property is poor no actual windows only a sliding door. the security door does not lock .so you could not leave the door open of a night time fo ventilation.The photo you see is outside in the car port.

We understand Ron's misfortunes as I didn't get a reminder from stayz We responded to Ron within 15 minutes of the mistake Unit was ready just needed to get milk and chocolates then showed Ron how everything worked with our contact number to ring if he needed anything or had any further queries The photo on the website is a secure carpark Security door looks out to a private courtyard and didn't know about the lock but will rectify We can't change what happened at the start and apologise for the inconvenience but thought everything else was okay as we had no messages to tell us of the controversy We do apologise Kind RegardsTim andTracy

Comfortable Accomodation, Great Location!

Stayed here in November 2017 and was impressed with the the thought and detail gone into the property. The owner went out of the way to make it as comfortable as possible for it's guests. Fantastic location if you want to be close to town - Middle of the CBD but still has more than enough privacy to entertain or relax. Would definitely return on my next trip.
