Executive townhouse family and pet* friendly in a quiet area 1.5 km from the CBD and Bendigo's famous art precinct .Approx 1.7 km from the shopping centre .The entrance has a guest powder room , first bedroom with a queen sized bed ,walk in ward robe leading into an en suite with toilet .From the entrance five steps to an upper landing there is an open planned lounge room with a two seater and a four seater lounge suite .TV with DVD blue ray and an amazing projection screen to watch TV ,connections for Netflix ,Apple TV etc using your own account.Dining area seats 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, dishwasher ,microwave ,separate pantry and separate laundry area .Dryer and washing machine available for use with all the cleaning products provided. There is a staircase leading up to an alcove study area ,2nd master bedroom with queen size bed , built in wardrobes and a double basin, toilet shower and large bath . 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. The back yard has an outdoor setting with a low maintenance garden .Heating/cooling ,ceiling fans through out the townhouse .Beautifully presented ,the house has everything for a short holiday stay or a long comfortable stay .All linen and towels are supplied .Parking available in a secure double garage .Extra Parking available on the nature strip in front of the apartments . The town house is situated at the top of the driveway to the right hand side of the complex .Complimentary coffee pods, coffee , tea, milk and a cereal breakfast are supplied for your first night stay. An Aldi coffee machine is available. Smokers are kindly requested not to use the front common areas of the complex but can use the rear court yard of the townhouse .There are security cameras on placed on the complex for your safety which monitors all goings and comings into the townhouse .Please note we charge per person / child, / per night.The house is not shared with the owner or with other guests .This complex is extremely quiet and we are very conscious of our neighbours and kindly request to keep noise to a minimum. Please note we have 2 other townhouses same standard in the complex where we may have to move bookings to if necessary . * A flat fee of $45 is applicable to EACH pet accompanying guests additional pets $25 each.No parties or gathering are permitted at the accommodation .There is an information pack outlining how to use the appliances and a copy of the house rules .

Clean and neat property. Tea, coffee and milk were ready for us on arrival. Plenty of towels, face washers and clear instructions on how the house was to be left. Would stay at again.

Great stay, thanks to have air-conditioning on, when we arrived. The only problem was the stairs, steep. Not for the elderly, but we got use to them, as a 4 day stay.
