Beach Haven

This relaxed home is renovated in beach style chic. It is well located, less than a 10 minute walk to the dog friendly beach and Dawn café for great coffee and food.

The space
Step into style in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. When you feel like venturing outside, the fully decked BBQ area and surrounding veranda is perfect to relax and for outdoor entertaining.

The large, secure north facing backyard offers shade for the family and pets to enjoy. There are plenty of games and movies available.

The home has three well presented, good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom two a tri-bunk (single at the top and double at the bottom) plus regular bunk bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The house includes one full bathroom and a second bathroom combined with the laundry.

Located a short 2 minute drive to the Shell Road shops which has all your necessities covered. The home is less than five minutes to the main shopping strip and surf club. This property is pet friendly and you won’t be disappointed.

An excellent family beach holiday home, sleeps 6 comfortably

The dining, well-appointed kitchen and deck areas are really great for a gathering and there are plenty of beds. Only the bedrooms were a bit dusty and neglected but its a good family home near the beach. Plenty of parking space with a long driveway makes it easy to un-pack and load the cars again. There is a carport and dog kennel for your fur friend too. We stayed with our cat and he loved walking around, especially in the back garden. BBQ was very clean and cooks well - plenty of laundry facilities and a 2nd shower with toilet is great.

Fun in the sun

A lovely place for a family beach stay. We walked to the beach, relaxed, ate in, dined out and made the most of the week. We also enjoyed the local cafe. The kitchen was well set up and the living space was large enough for our family. There were a few repairs needed, including the second shower which was disappointing. Instructions on how to use the set top box would have been handy. I’d also recommend a second air conditioner for those over 30 degree days.

A fantastic place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was clean and well set out and had everything we needed. The beach and park are only a short walk away - we can't wait to stay again!
