We had a lovely week spending Christmas here. The house has been recently renovated and everything was so clean and new. The yard was good for the dogs and the air-conditioning definitely came in handy. Would definitely recommend

We stayed here for 3 weeks with our young family while our house was being renovated. We didn't want to leave! A beautiful home, with everything considered and all we needed. Enough room for the kids inside and out, and a great location with many walks, playgrounds, parks, beach and cafes close by. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the sharp knives! Wish we didn't live so close, as we would come back for a getaway again and again.

Close to dog beach and walking track. Living area air conditioned but on humid nights would be good if bedroom was air conditioned too.

For the price I would never stay there again
For the price I would never stay there again. For starters the place has a carport that you can't use. I had a boat in which I had to pay storage as both my car and boat wouldn't all fit. When I did have my boat there my car stuck out onto the foot path. The photo you have looks like you can have enough space to have a car and boat parked beside each other. You need to have in the add highlighted that the carport is not to be used for parking. As for the price I had another house the other side of the lake one month before which was alot less money. This property had 3 bedrooms, double carport, pool and a better yard for the dogs. Also the house is right near a speed bump so you are hearing all the cars slow down and speed up as well as the rattling as they go over the hump. The house was nice and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I just think that it wasn't worth the money I paid.
This property lived up to all our expectations and more.
Very clean and high quality appliances.
Great fenced yard for our dogs and a short walk down to a great off lead beach .
Cafes just a few minutes walk away down a lake side track.

Well maintained, quite place, that has had a fairly recent renovation done. In an awesome location in walking distance of the dog off leash beach and walking track along the lake. Highly recommended.
The house had a lovely holiday feel. It was very tidy, clean and presented beautifully. The front garden was not only pretty, but a lovely space for the dog. Even though the neighbourhood is lovely, and the walk to the beautiful beaches is not far at all, there was a dog next door that barked throughout the daytime. This was the only reason I marked 'location' as 3 stars. Otherwise, would highly recommend 21 Gothic Parade.

Beautiful little home that had everything! No need to bring any additional appliances from home. Close to the beach & lake and just a short drive to the shops if needed. Perfect stay for the family.
