This Gorgeous Tropical Florida home is situated in a quiet family friendly residential beach neighborhood in the heart of the South Florida Gold Coast. Make your next Pompano Beach vacation one to remember when you book this 5-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental. Located in an exclusive tucked away neighborhood with a private beach across the street, this spacious home fully outfitted with everything you need; this beach house ensures that you and your whole family enjoys a peaceful getaway on the ocean. Pompano Beach, located just north of Ft. Lauderdale Beach, is world-renowned for the big game fishing and stunning beaches. Live the true Florida Lifestyle. The backyard is very comfortable and clean, has ample seating, a heated large pool with spa, TIKI Hut with outdoor dining and featuring a gas grill.
The house is located walking distance from fleet deep sea fishing boats and Hillsboro Inlet were you can fish on your own with fishing poles we are supplying in our house, we also have all kind of beach toys, bikes ,wagon to take your toys to the beach ,chairs and towels. Our beach is private with the gate access.

Every room in the house has Smart TV, high speed internet and cable

Kitchen: The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and overlooks the common family room. The kitchen is well-stocked with the cookware and tools necessary to prepare food with plates and silverware for maximum occupancy. The kitchen is equipped with a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, pots and pans, glassware, dishwasher, and state of the art stainless steel appliances. The formal dining table off the foyer seats 10. There is additional 3 bar stools in the kitchen area.

Bedrooms: The bedrooms are perfectly positioned to promote privacy off the common area. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-sized bed and sleeper sofa. The second guest bedroom has a king-sized bed. The Third bedroom has queen mattress. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. The fifth bedroom has a futon. All rooms are equipped with smart Tv’s.

Bathrooms: The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The bedroom with the King and queen bed shares a bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a shared area bathroom that sits adjacent from the bedroom off the living room with a standing shower.

Paradise

Spring break with the family. The property/location was beautiful and the host was amazing. The private beach was a big hit with the kids and was only a short walk from the house. Definitely would rent again.

Great Stay

Fantastic neighborhood and property. Some normal wear and tear showing in places expected of a rental, but was clean upon arrival and comfortable. Beach is easiliy accessible, and pool area was great. Only downside, specific to an older group of seniors, was lack of hand railings for pool and staircase but this would not keep me from staying again.

Great beach vacation

This house is very close to a beautiful private beach. It has calm waters for snorkeling and shelling, with the light house nearby. We have stayed here twice and really love it because of the beach experience. The neighborhood is also a plus and the house is well appointed, has everything we need!

Excellent beach and proximity to the beach

If you are looking for a beach vacation, you will enjoy this house. Very close to an amazing beach and beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and beach cart are all available here. The lighthouse is closeby and there are good snorkeling spots. I would definitely stay here again!

If you want to get away from the crowds, this is the place to go great neighborhood

I would have to say it was a five stars. Everything was great. there are two private gates to the beach which was nice.

Excellent Location with enjoyable yard

We stayed for 4 nights at this house. We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the beach and had a lovely yard with pool. The house had all the amenities both inside and out. The only issue we had was that the inside of house could have been cleaned a little better. Overall excellent rental

Loved it!

After renting many times through VRBO in the past, this was, by far, our favourite house. We’ve booked it again for next year. Private gated beach access that is dog-friendly only 4 houses down the street - listing and photos are accurate - well equipped kitchen - 3 good restaurants an easy walk away - shady back yard - a few mechanical issues; some resolved and some not.

Amazing Place

The property is awesome! Very well maintained, cleaned and the location is perfect. My family had a blast in the pool. The Hostess (Erika) was very friendly and professional and made sure we had everything we need in the house for a perfect stay. We absolutely loved the place! Great Vacation

This was a great house and vacation spot for our family of nine. The entire experience was well managed and the house was exactly as described. All problems were handled quickly. The house was close to the beach and boogie boards, chairs, a cart, bicycles and beach toys were available for our use. The heated pool/spa was great and the house was well equipped with all necessary kitchen essentials, bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Check-in and out was well-explained and they didn't ask us to do too much. Essentially, a breeze. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Pompano Beach House

The good - location - walk to beach - pool and hot tub are great - beach and pool items available for useThe bad - Roof rats in attic made it tough to sleep for those in the left downstairs bedrooms. They were running around all night in attic and walls. Rat poop came out of attic hatch. We did not tell property manager as we did not want exterminator and poison around while on vacation, so we tolerated the rats. This needs to be addressed ASAP. - property is tired. Needs maintenance and updating. Plugs in kitchen look like there was a fire and they did not work. -

Nice house

This house was nice but not as nice as the pictures portray. Needs a paint job and ceiling repair. Makeshift shower in one of the bathrooms. Much of the beach supplies were either damaged or broken. Pro… manager was very nice and easy to work with. We noticed a few areas with dead ants and she vacuumed up those areas. Overall, we had a good time.

We had a good time but the house needs some TLC

The house was perfect for our group of 9. It is close to restaurants and shopping, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, but we took advantage of circuit transport to get to the peer. We had enough room for everyone and utilized a well stocked kitchen for making meals and smoothies. Loved the pool area and spent so much time there everyday. Kids made the most of their time at the pool. Private beach was very close but sargassum was absolutely terrible when we were there at the end of June and no one was cleaning it up. Overall, the house was spacious and clean, any maintenance issues we had were promptly responded to and fixed.

Great house and location!

My family and I had an awesome time at this house. The pool and hot tub everyone enjoyed along with the neighborhood. Having a private beach access was a huge bonus that we enjoyed. The host responded in a timely manner which is always appreciated. You will not regret booking this house!!!

Best time ever and great house and location!

We had the best time ever and my family was so impressed with this property! Communication with the owners was great, everything was exactly as it was stated. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and what a bonus to have access to the private beach. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great relaxing time. Great vacation place!
