Modern 4 bed, 2 bath home features, in ground pool overlooking canal, media room. Modern designed & furnished will not disappoint. All conveniences are just minutes away, Restaurants, Tavern, cafes, parks, Mooloolaba precinct, convenience stores & bottle shops. Fully self contained with Internet Wifi for a relaxing waterfront get away.

As a guest in Panama Rivera you'll have access to everything you need to enjoy a peaceful relaxing stay. Linen supplied however you must BYO beach towels.

NOT INCLUDED: Access to Garage however, you have the whole driveway for off street car parking.

Interaction with guests:

You will be given an access code on commencement of your stay and I will be available 24/7 while you are there should you need anything.

Other things to note:

Minimal 3 night stay, rate is for up to 9 guests. Linen and Cleaning fee is an automatic charge.
Check in is 3.30pm or as arranged, check out is no later 10am. However, if there is no booking before or after you on the same day there can be flexibility. Please request if this is needed and we will keep you posted and confirm times with you.
I want you to relax and have a great time. Please be respectful of the neighbours.
No parties. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES
Smoking is permitted OUTDOORS only and strictly NOT IN THE HOUSE. Please use ashtray provided.

A great holiday house for two families, has everything that you might need. We loved the pool and how close it was to a supermarket and playground. Lots of space for 8 people, so we didn’t feel on top of each other. The main bedroom is lovely as it looks over the pool. Alicia was really responsive and great to deal with. Thanks!

Ideal family holiday property

We have had a lovely two week stay - the location on the edge of the lake, proximity to so many Sunshine Coast attractions, well equipped kitchen, spacious pool, and multiple bedrooms and living areas meant that we were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves. We would definitely stay again!

The location of Panama Rivera is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to all the major attractions within the Mooloolaba/Maroochydore area, including the beach, Sea Life Aquarium, Aussie World, Amaze World, Sunshine Plaza etc, Mini Golf and more. The area is quiet, backing onto the lake within the Brightwater estate.There were a few items that need attention, such as the overall cleanliness of the property, and some maintenance that was required, these were brought to the attention of the property manager.Overall, we had a great stay and the house accommodated to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great designed house with a beautiful pool. Nice outdoor furniture. We did have a nice stay as it was well equiped with cooking appliances and utensils. Many games and movies to choose from too which was appreciated. However, standard of cleanliness was very poor. Bugs dust and dirt around windows and in corners. kitchen felt greasy Lawns not mowed, gardens need weeding.Stains on lounges and mats were a bit grotty. Also found several pairs of dirty underpants found under the bed which was quite gross . Needs a bit of care and attention and a thorough clean, especially for the price.

Alicia home was the perfect house for our family to have Easter together. Her home has all that is needed, spacious and very clean. Even though the beach is only 12 minutes away, we spent most of our time outside by the pool, chatting and playing games. We highly recommend her home for a family holiday.

Beautiful house, stunning view! Very well equipped with everything that you will need. Only complaint is outdoor furniture needs to be upgraded and maintained and some kitchen appliances and utensils were quite grotty. Great house for large family get togethers.
