Please bag all waste in garbage bags provided and place in the garbage bin (RED LID). Recyclables (glass bottles, cans, cardboard) are to be placed in the external recyclable bin (YELLOW LID).
LOCK ALL doors and windows. TURN OFF central heating OR air conditioning, gas log fire and ALL LIGHTS including external lights and garage lights. CLOSE ALL blinds.
WHEN EXITING THE PROPERTY, PLEASE REMEMBER TO EXIT VIA THE FRONT DOOR & TOUCH THE KEYPAD TO ENSURE THE FRONT DOOR LOCKS.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No additional guests allowed to stay at the property.
Home is to be left in a clean condition, no breakages or damage.
All rubbish/recyclables to be placed in the appropriate bins.
