OLD CITY CENTRE APARTMENT BY WAT PHRA SINGH

Lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment next to Wat Phra Singh and the famous Sunday Walking Street Market. Completed in December 2018 this apartment block, wholly owned by ourselves, is in the best location for Chiang Mai's Old City. Close to everything but in a quiet Soi surrounded by temples with NO passing traffic. All of the apartments in this building are owned by us and after many years of hosting guests in our other Old City properties we have put all we learned into this our new rental.
This beautiful apartment is located on the third floor of this four storey block. All floors, except the basement, are reached by an elevator. The basement has a laundry room with banks of washers and dryers the basement is also home to our fully equipped ( nearly ) gym. There is a Sundeck located on the roof which has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and the famous Doi Suthep temple. This apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge and all you need for cooking, eating and drinking. The bedrooms have top of the range Slumberland Mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding and all have their own balconies with balcony furniture. The en-suite bathrooms have rain showers and every bathroom and the kitchen has its own hot water tank providing as much hot water as you want. Every room has its own Daikin roof cassette multi directional air conditioners which can quickly drop the temperature down to 16 degrees if you want. The lazer controlled 55 inch flat screen tv has cable, utube, netfix and internet access as well as being loaded with hundreds of the best, and latest, movies including pretty much every childrens movie ever made. The music system has over 65,000 albums from the sixties to the present day ( sorry no house, garage or garden shed music :-) ).
The house book, which took us three years to compile and which is still expanding is the DEFINITIVE guide to Chiang Mai and hundreds of our guests have said we should publish it. We also have private drivers with perfect English or Chinese who can take you out for the day should you wish to visit places outside the city. If you decide to stay with us I promise you will think it was the best decision you made on this trip and yes we will collect you from the airport and usually drop you off too.
