Car not essential. beautiful sea view and port upstairs, -130m² of living space -Access to private driveway and parking -pool with terrace and Mediterranean vegetation not overlooked, teak terrace (100 m2 with its pergola and shade sail, its garden furniture and outdoor shower (hot water). Direct access to the port - ideal for boat lovers.
Bright living room of 48m² with living room and American kitchen (central island), trendy decoration, contemporary furniture, 3 bedrooms, 1 independent on the ground floor with its double bed (140cm), its bathroom (shower), wc and cupboard. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. One with a 160cm double bed, cupboard, TV and bathroom (shower), the other bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds each with 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 6). Plenty of storage in the house.


This house is equipped to receive a maximum of 8 people. The living room is composed of a white leather sofa, a coffee table, 2 contemporary poufs (Ballchair), which can also decorate the terrace, a TV cabinet with stereo (ipod, CD), large screen TV flat (Led), with a white lacquered console. The kitchen area includes a central island section with dining area (bar stools), dishwasher, American fridge with freezer, ice and fresh water dispenser, microwave / oven combination, extractor hood, ceramic hobs. Toaster, coffee maker, multi-function robot, iron and ironing board. Many storage cupboards. WC on the ground floor. Impeccable condition, recent renovation (2012). Garden furniture: table, chairs and deckchairs. Shade veil at the pergola.

Wunderschön!

Toll gelegen, schöne Anlage, alles da, was man benötigt. Fußläufig: Strände, Restaurants, kleine Läden und etwas versteckt auch eine Möglichkeit morgens ein Baguette zu kaufen. Was für mich nicht so deutlich war: ein Doppelzimmer (=Durchgangszimmer) und das Mehrbettzimmer sind im Haupthaus. Das weitere Doppelzimmer befindet sich mit einem weiteren Bad in einem Bungalow auf dem Gelände. War für uns super mit Teenagerkindern.

Tolles Haus mit kleinen Schwachpunkten

Wir durften im September 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Die Einfahrt für PKWs zum Haus (Doppelhaushälfte) führt über das Nachbargrundstück, der Eingang für Fußgänger liegt direkt am Hafenkanal. Sehr schöner Außenbereich, Pool und Möbel gepflegt. Im Haupthaus Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 160 cm, recht harte Betten (geschraubter Lattenrost) mit Durchgang zum Kinderzimmer (4 Etagenbetten), kein Moskitoschutz an den Fenstern, einzige Toilette im EG. Zweites Schlafzimmer 140 cm im Nebenanbau mit offenem Bad und Dusche/WC. Unsere Highlights: Amerikanischer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter, toller Außenbereich Pool mit Warmwasserdusche und Außenküche (Plancha), gute Inneneinrichtung im Ikea-Style. Nicht so gut finden wir, dass das einzige WC im EG des Haupthaues liegt (nachts ungünstig für ältere Menschen und Kinder) und kein Handwaschbecken hat (Händewaschen in der Küchenspüle). Ein Esstisch im Haus fehlt, dafür gibt es für 6 Personen Sitzhocker an der Kücheninsel. In der Dämmerung starker Moskito-Befall. Fazit: Tolles Haus für bis zu 6 Personen mit kleinen Schwachpunkten, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das dazugehörige Gartenhaus ist idyllisch und die Terrasse mit den Sitzgelegenheiten wunderschön. Den beheizbaren Pool haben wir genauso genossen wie die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Geschäften. Hier findet man Ruhe und ist doch schnell im Leben. Einzig der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin war etwas getrübt. Da man eine doch hohe Kaution hinterlegt, die Verwalterin bei Übergabe auch sehr genau auf jeden schon bestehenden Mangel hingewiesen hat, haben wir auch gleich am ersten Tag rückgemeldet, dass der Icecrusher im Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert. Auch haben wir einige Fragen gestellt, die leider unbeantwortet blieben. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Nichtsdestotrotz war es eine tolle Woche - sehr empfehlenswertes Haus!

Très propre, bien équipée et idéalement située

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances entre amies dans cette très belle maison avec une propreté irréprochable. La cuisine est particulièrement équipée et l’emplacement est idéal, calme et à proximité immédiate du port et de la mer. La météo et le mistral ne nous ont pas laissé apprécier le jardin et la piscine, mais nous espérons une prochaine fois ! Meme en mars et avec une météo capricieuse, ce petit coin de France vaut le détour!

Wunderschöne Außenanlage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Insbesondere der Außenbereich mit Pool, Esstisch, Loungeecke, Sonnenliegen und Außendusche ist hervorragend. Genau so habe ich mir mein Ferienhaus in Südfrankreich vorgestellt. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein WC im Obergeschoss wäre schön.

Maison agréable avec emplacement au top !

Superbe maison, rénovée avec goût. Cocon bien sympathique, piscine agréable. Le plus est cette petite porte au fond du jardin qui donne directement sur le port. Proche des restos, plages et du village. Tout peut se faire à pied. Merci au propriétaire pour son coup de téléphone. Super. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Moderne Haushaushälfte beim Hafen

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr schöner Pool mit tollen Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Ein Gasgrill ist für einen Grillabend auch vorhanden. Die nächsten Bar´s sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Haus liegt zwischen 2 Straßen, eine Straße davon ist die Haupteinfallstrasse vom Hafen. Das Schlafzimmer ist das Durchgangszimmer zum Kinderzimmer. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer ist als Minibungalow im Garten.

Maison bien équipée et propre , conforme au descriptif. Idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Très bonne localisation , à 5 minutes du départ en bateau pour les Îles d’Hyères ( un gros avantage pour le départ à 9 h ! ), restaurants à proximité ( à 5 minutes à pieds aussi). Hors saison , commerces accessibles plutôt en voiture mais ce n’est pas un problème car pas de circulation, et aucun problème pour se garer. Un bon point de départ pour visiter la région et son magnifique littoral.

Tres belle maison

Très belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. En outre elle est proche de restaurants facilement accessibles à pied. Seul bémol pas de salle bain individuelle dans la maison principale. Juste une douche et un lavabo dans la chambre principale, douche commune à la chambre des enfants. Nous étions 2 donc ça a été mais avec des enfants cela ne doit pas être pratique du tout.
