About this property

New guesthouse in Yerevan.
We provide free airport transfer and tasty homemade breakfast.
It's not just house, this is the tiny, warm and cozy place for art lovers and not only. In the first floor of the house is located
art gallery, in the 2_nd dining room for the guests breakfast and all 3_rd floor is accomplished for the guests. Here you can find just 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, 1 toilet and living room.

Guesthouse is located in the all 3_rd floor of our house with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and living room. we don't suggest our place for children under 10 year, because there are low windows and open stairs.

You will live in the artists studio-gallery and will have opportunity to work with owner in his art studio and take the peace you created.

We just ended interior remodelling and now exterior works in progress.
