Great little property at the back of the house so quiet in a busy neighborhood. Sophia was great to deal with. Easy code access to the door and garage. Garage was a life send since street parking can fill up. Beds were comfortable and fully stocked modern kitchen. Beach just a short walk. They provided beach chairs etc. but we had brought our own. Would stay again

Place was clean, cute and cozy. Had everything we needed from extra towels and blankets to kitchen utensils. A quuck walk to the beach and grocery store. Host were friendly and accommodating. Perfect place for our stay.

Perfect Cottage in Perfect Location

My wife and I spent several days at this wonderful cottage. Very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable, cozy property. The cottage is a short walk to the beach and many excellent food establishments. Communication from property owner was superb, ensuring we had everything we needed. We will definitely book this property again.

Great location and comfortable!

We had a great time in Newport. We were supposed to check in at 2 and it wasn’t ready so we went back at 3 and it still wasn’t ready so we couldn’t get in until 5:30. She let us drop off our stuff which was helpful. It didn’t ruin our trip or anything but it costs a lot so it should be ready. Great location and comfortable. The parking around there is tricky too but I assume it’s like that everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was very clean and beautiful decorated. We loved the fact that we were so close to the beach and all the amenities the house had to offer. Not a long enough weekend!

We came down from Utah to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation. It was the perfect location. We walked to the beach and rode bikes on the boardwalk. The unit is beautiful and clean. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect place to stay!

This was a perfect place for me & my girlfriends to stay the night before my wedding. We got ready for the wedding at the condo and the venue was about five minutes away, so it was perfect! Great house. Great location.

Really fun little house which was perfect for our family. Our kids loved the loft and the house was outfit nicely. And it was so close to the beach! Garage is hard to park in (really tight) and someone poorly parked across the alley blocked us one evening from even trying but street parking worked fine. Overall a great rental.

Cute and immaculate!

Just a short walk to the beach, our stay was wonderful. It was just me and my 17 year old daughter and suited our needs perfectly. The home was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Air-conditioning in each room of the house was great. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Just to note, bathroom was on the smaller side, which was fine for 2 people, but more than that could be challenging. Parking on the streets was hit or miss, so patience is key. We often found a spot but usually on a street a block or two over. These things, however, are not to preclude anyone from staying here. Would most definitely return back should we be in the area again!

En jättefin lägenhet med perfekt läge!! Mycket bra utrustat kök. Vi trivdes väldigt bra och hade gärna stannat längre. Enda minuset var att i annonsen ser det ut som det är en uteplats med grill. Den tillhörde en annan lägenhet. Det gjorde oss lite besvikna då vi gillar att kunna sitta ute.

Loved the proximity to the grocery store (1 block away) and the beach. We loved having access to beach gear (chairs, towels, boogie boards), laundry on-site and a a secure parking space. What more could you need?! We will be back!

Came out to Huntington Beach to spend time with a friend who is local. The cottage is in a great location and close to everything on the Balboa Peninsula. Very comfortable and really enjoyed my time around Huntington, Laguna, and San Juan!

We loved staying here close to the beach and the access to local places, grocery store ect. Host was responsive and great and I would stay here again. My only down was the pillow I had I didn't like but I am a pillow snob at home too so most will probably be just fine. Place was clean, inviting , happy for the A/C in each room. The ice machine and water in fridge was not working and so that was a bummer

Great location, beautifully renovated, cottage by the beach. Perfect for a couple or friends. This home is a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk as it is only one block from the beach.
