About this property

I would love to welcome you to this comfortable house apartment situated in an excellent location of Merida Centro. You will see how easy is to just walk few minutes to any part of the wonderful Historical Downtown of Merida.
You can enjoy a variety of cultural events, theaters, restaurants just a few minutes walk away and take a bus just a block away from the house to the beautiful beaches.
The house is easy to be around an practical to stay since all kind of people can stay, from singles, friends, couples & also wheelchair disabled people, third age people and even babies, this is for the practicality of not having stairs or different floor levels and good size to be around.
We keep the house clean and well maintained and respectful people are very welcome. I am available anytime to help the guests for whatever question.
We provide wireless WiFi, AC in bedroom and electrical stove. We do not provide a TV.
We need guests to be respectful and responsible for their electrical usage so we charge it by separate after check out.
My goal is for you to have fun in Merida while enjoying a restful time in this house apartment.
