Casa Ciricote is an example of the colonial architecture developed in México. Located two blocks away from Santiago`s Barrio and five minutes walk from “La Plaza Grande” the main zócalo.
Casa Ciricote, as traditional Mexican homes, is painted in a palette of vibrant colors. Has beamed ceilings, original beautiful tile floors in a red and white chess board design and an interior patio with a tub.

Totally furnished. Nice patio with a ciricote tree that is original from Mexico, belice and Guatemala, and bitter orange typlical of the region.
It has two bedrooms, each one with a queen bed: The main bedroom, next to the patio, has air-conditioned, and all of the other areas of the house has ceiling fans. Two bathrooms, studio, hall room, dining room, kitchen, extra room with tv with a sofa bed. There is a washing mashing and a heater.

The neighborhood
The area could be noise some days since is located in a main avenue but there are many family houses around.
2 blocks from the house you will find Santiago´s Park with market, church, convenience stores, pharmacy, gas station, bakery, supermarket and more. Seven blocks from Casa Ciricote its the zoo nice to visit if you travel with kids.
Just 7 blocks walking is Merida s Main Square with its Cathedral, Municipal Palace and most of the museums, galleries, fine restaurants, theatres, nightlife, handcraft and antique shops.
Santiago is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Mérida´s Historic Center.
Uber, taxis and urban buses are at your door. It will be very easy for you to get to the main turistic spots.
