Nirvana Court 3 - Beachfront Location
An incredible destination for your next holiday, located 1 hour north of Sydney, is the beautiful Avoca beach.
With direct, private beachfront access, this newly-renovated, boutique apartment block has the ideal position on the beach, located just a few moments walk from the Avoca cafes, restaurants and shopping village, as well as the surf club and the swimming flags. But if it's surfing you're after, the break is directly in front!
Nestled in the most private corner of this block, Nirvana 3 has a chic beach vibe and features everything you need for a relaxed mid-week break, weekend getaway or a longer family holiday. It's perfect for a couples escape, a couple of couples or a couple with a couple of kids. Sheets and towels provided.

Both bedrooms have ultra-comfy queen size beds, while the living area has both relaxed, comfortable seating as well as a more formal dining area. Opening out from the living area is a vast, partly covered deck with gas BBQ, dining seated area for 6 as well as an outdoor lounge setting - all overlooking a lovely flat, grassy garden which leads directly to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The living room, as well as the bedrooms, are cooled not just by overhead fans but any cross-breeze which is captured via the cleverly designed louvered windows.
Everything is provided during your stay - from linen on the beds and fresh towels in the bathroom to suntan lotion before the beach and moisturiser afterwards. While we hope you don't need it, the block also has its own laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
The block has security parking with Nirvana 3 having an undercover parking spot for one car - however, with everything within walking distance, we're betting you might not even need your car during your stay making this the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
