Lovely two bedroom studio sleeping 5 people. The studio is at the rear of a house on Cape Three Points Road and only 250 m walk to the beach!!! Please note this property has no off street parking and you also cannot park on this street. Parking can be found in nearby side streets.

Open plan living and dining room with a full kitchen and European laundry which has a front loading washing machine. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, and bedroom two has a cantilever - double bed on the bottom and a single on the top. Modern bathroom with full size bath. A very sunny deck to chill out on after a day at the beach with outdoor furniture and bbq.

Please note, there is no parking available at the property. There is parking available in surrounding streets not far away. There is a bus stop at the front door. Access is via the public pathway and through the gate on the right.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indie Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Private retreat

Property was in a great position although parking was an issue. Very private and quiet, well appointed throughout. I would have loved the addition of a hairdryer. Overall a wonderful stay.

A lovely property, with a few suggestions for future improvement

It was very suitable for what we needed. A clean easily accessible property for our staff to stay during the Reach Australia Conference held at EV Church. We have a few suggestions to improve the property for future visits: 1. it would be good to have a door number on the gate 2. it would be good to have a night light at the gate - it was quite dark trying to open the gate at night 3. the gate lock was quite difficult to use, we recommending changing it 4. the shower door does not close properly, causing water to flow out from the shower area onto the general bathroom floor Thanks for hosting us.

Winter retreat

We were in need of a rest and time by the sea. These 10 days gave us both. Space to read, play board games, cook, and walk to visit the tempestuous sea. Highly recommended.
