- 2 large suites (have beds, extra mattresses, closets and split air conditioning);
- Amazing and wide balcony (east);
- Barbecue, large table jack and shower;
- House with water reservoir of 1.000 liters;
- Parking for up to 6 popular cars.
2) Location:
- Property located in the center of Barra Grande, 500m from the beach and 1km from the village;
- Bakery at 150m; largest grocery store in the city (Jadebel) at 500m.
Note: The upper floor of the property has 3 suites and a kitchen, which are rented separately and have independent entrance (stairs outside the house);
Obs2: Dogs allowed, provided they are docile;
