It has swimming pool, with hydro, recreation area with pool, bathroom with shower, barbecue, wood stove, refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove and all kitchen accessories, internet with wifi, large yard with plants and even chickens in a chicken coop. Driving distance to downtown Penedo just 5 minutes.

Nossa estadia foi tranquila,fomos recepcionados pela Célia muito simpatica e solicita.Gostamos muito da casa,apesar de o comércio mais próximo ser no centro de Penedo,que fica bem próximo porém o trajeto tem que ser feito de carro.

Primeiramente gostaria de agradecer a responsável pela casa, que nós recepcionou maravilhosamente. Estou sempre alugando casa, essa casa super indico, pois o espaço e excelente , tanto para adulto como para criança. Tudo limpinho, com bastante objetos de uso na cozinha. Piscina excelente, bem limpinha. Banheiros e quartos com espaço excelente. RETORNAREI SEMPRE QUE PRECISAR VOLTA EM PENEDO E A CASA ESTIVER DISPONÍVEL .

goatamos muito da nossa estadia, a proprietaria srta Celia, muito atenciosa e prestativa, nos deixou bem a vontade e se deixiu a disposição para qualquer necessidade, a residência fica muito proximo ao centro de Penedo, 5 minutos realmente conforme o anuncio e muito confortavele aconchegante, Super recomendo e pretendo voltar mais vezes.
