My home has been renovated from the ground up and has all the amenities you need for a single person, couples, or groups up to 8-10 people! The home is in a family friendly area, with great access to almost all of Nashville within minutes! You have a private driveway, nice fenced in back yard, all the amenities you’d need to feel at home away from home, from Soft clean towels to cable Tv and internet! I’m Almost always available to answer any questions or give suggestions from food to the closest winery !

What makes this property unique

Woodbine is an upcoming neighborhood with a lot of delicious food and coffee shops all within a mile. You are minutes away from the interstate, Downtown and less than 15 minutes from the airport! Former President Barack Obama came and visited La Haceinda restaurant, which is walking distance from the home! The Street Fannie WIlliams was named after the last known surviving African American, slave in the area. The street was named after her remembrance. This street is also where I call home and my family and I own Every single home on the street, we pride ourselves in providing you with a safe, family friendly neighborhood. Just please excuse the upcoming construction with the other homes on the street, we know its ugly and were trying our best to make them perfect without causing any annoyance to our guest and tenants.
