Two-storey house .130m² living space includes: on the ground floor, 1 main room (living room and fully equipped American kitchen), 1 bedroom with double bed, shower room, wc, garage with washing machine, freezer and gym (internet of course Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double bed and tv, one bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, wc. The house is rented furnished of course with all the kitchen equipment. Additional blankets are available, as well as sheets, pillowcases, covers, nothing to expect. A minimum of towels is also provided towels, gloves. Tablecloths, napkins and tea towels are available.
The enclosed land has an area of 1100m²: it includes a garden furniture, a barbecue, pinpong table, bikes, a veranda with table and chairs. Parking in the yard. Close to the sea (500m) quiet See you soon

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette location spacieuse, avec terrasse (vue sur mer), véranda, très beau jardin et même un terrain de boules. L'environnement est très calme.Nous avons pu visiter de magnifiques sites dans la région et faire honneur à la gastronomie locale.A noter le très bon accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire de la maison.

Superbe maison

Nous remercions l'accueil qui nous a été fait. Nous y avons fait un excellent séjour. La maison est superbe, propre, pratique, spécieuse, dans un environnement très calme et avec une belle vue. Elle est située à quelques pas du GR pour des ballades soit du côté mer vers Loguivy ou le long du Trieux. Idéal également pour les promenades à vélo.

Wunderschöne Ferientage in der Bretagne

Das Ferienhaus war der eindeutige Favorit für unseren Sommerurlaub 2024. Wir wurden dabei nicht enttäuscht. Die Lage des Hauses, sowie die nähere Umgebung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Jeden Tag gab es etwas Neues zu entdecken. Das Ferienhaus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt. Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber funktionierte trotz so mancher Sprachbarriere bestens. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

ein sehr schönes bretonisches Haus

das Haus liegt mitten im kleinen Ort Loguivy de la Mer, einem typischen bretonischen Ort direkt am Meer mit kleinem Hafen, einem Restaurant, einer Kneipe und einem kleinen Laden, die Straßen sind sehr eng und schmal, also typisch Bretagne! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet mit 3 Doppelzimmern und einem Kinderzimmer und einem tollen Wintergarten. Und Franck ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. In der Umgebung sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Nordküste leicht zu erreichen, daher ist das Haus ideal, um sie zu erkunden.

Un petit coin de paradis!

La maison offre tout le confort souhaité, le tout dans un écrin de verdure très joliment aménagé. Le terrain est clôturé (pratique avec un chien) et offre une vue mer de l'arrière de la maison. Acces plage (sable et club nautique) à 5 minutes à pieds et le petit village est également facilement accessible et on y trouvent un magasin d'alimentation, poisonnier, restaurants et un café/bar. De plus, le propriétaire est très sympatique donc allez-y les yeux fermés.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt jede Menge Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Groß und Klein. Insgesamt ist mit Verstand eingerichtet, sodass unsere Familie einen tollen Urlaub in der Bretagne verleben konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen

Beau séjour à Loguivy de la Mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Loguivy de la Mer. Nous avons apprécié le calme l’endroit ! Nous avons profité de la véranda, de la terrasse avec sa belle vue sur mer et du terrain de pétanque. Tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin nous l’avons trouvé à Paimpol à environ 10 minutes en voiture. A 800 mètres de la maison, nous vous conseillons la Roche aux oiseaux , un point de vue juste sublime ! Nous avons également apprécié le contact avec les hôtes disponibles et sympathiques. Nous les remercions !

Tranquillité et dépaysement

Agréables vacances de la Toussaint en Bretagne. Nombreuses visites possibles à max 1 heure de route. Logement confortable et assez spacieux pour accueillir 8 personnes. Bien équipé et la wifi fonctionne parfaitement pour le télétravail. Joli terrain de pétanque et jeux pour enfants. Bonne continuation à Franck et Marina.

Bonne surprise, maison plus vaste que ne lassait imaginer l'annonce et les photos. Parfaitement propre et bien agencée. Le jardin clos est agréable, table de ping-pong et surtout un beau terrain de boules ;). Le port de Loguivy est charmant et reposant comme toute la région.
