Located near the local mountain bike track and in a quiet cul-de-sac making this property perfect for your next family holiday.

Four well appointed bedrooms all with built in robes. Two bathrooms, one newly installed to the shed outside. Access can only be made from the outside making this the perfect area to clean sandy feet after a day of relaxing at the beach.

Let the kids run wild in the enclosed back yard while you relax in the undercover entertaining area. With grassed and paved areas to the yard where you can feature in friendly or competitive games of back yard cricket.

In the evenings you can take a short 650m walk to the local Ski Lake with the family and enjoy the piece and quiet that this beautiful town has to offer.

Too cold to go walking or bike riding then relax in front of the wood fire and watch a movie!!

Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all of our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to advise the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.

Good location. Clean and roomy house. There was everything needed

Reviewer Comments: Ot was pleasure to stay at this house that provided 4 bedrooms, equğied with everything needed, from fully equpied kitchen and linen for all the beds. Big back yard for bbq .Will consider renting this place again in future.

Overall great place

Overall we had a great stay and plenty of room for 2 families to share the house for the week. Location was great, easy drive or walk into the main street and easy and quick access to 4WD paths. However the house was not as clean as we would expect on arrival and everyday supplies such as dish cloths were limited considering families come to stay.

Quiet location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was satisfactory for the price, however lacks maintenance. No fans in house so bedrooms get hot as A/C struggled to cool entire house. No grass left just weeds and sand.No freezer in kitchen and deep freeze in garage was dirty and stunk of fish.House functioned for 8 people for a week however needs some tlc.

Only one suggestions, heating/cooling/AC system were missing in the bedrooms. In summer the house might get very hot.. But overall it was a nice holiday house.
