The Space:

You'll enter in an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features stone benchtops, a breakfast bar seating two, an electric oven, a 4-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, and a full-sized refrigerator. A white timber-top dining table seats 6 people, perfect for meals and gatherings. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV and a wide, comfy couch, with a wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-conditioning unit ensuring comfort in all seasons.



Glass sliding doors open to a spacious undercover balcony, furnished with an outdoor lounge setting, coffee table, and plants, creating an ideal alfresco space for relaxation and entertainment.



Both bedrooms are fitted with queen-sized beds and large mirrored built-in robes, providing ample storage for longer stays. The main bedroom has glass sliding doors leading to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience.



The main bathroom is fully tiled and features a shower over a full-sized bath with a glass shower screen. For your laundry needs, the apartment includes a washing machine and a separate dryer. It comes with a secure parking space.



The Neighborhood:

Parramatta is a dynamic satellite city of Sydney with a bustling commercial area and a vibrant arts scene. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Parramatta’s Westfield Shopping Centre, offering five levels of retail spread over five city blocks, as well as supermarkets, cinemas, and a food court. It’s also an 8-minute walk to beautiful Parramatta Park with its riverside walking and cycling trails. Church Street, with its array of Asian eateries, is just a 5-minute stroll away, offering diverse dining options, and the eateries in Parramatta Square are close by too. The Riverside Theatres are 15 minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

The apartment comes with its own parking space, but if you prefer public transport, getting around central Parramatta is easy and free with the Parramatta Shuttle Bus. This circuit bus runs every 10 minutes 7 days a week starting from Macquarie Street near Centenary Square



To get to Sydney CBD (Downtown), it’s a 7 minute walk to Parramatta Train Station which can be accessed via the Westfield. From the station, you can catch regular train services to Sydney’s train hub Town Hall Station in around 30 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.





OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.



* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.



* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.



*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.



*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.



* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.



* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
