- NOTE: The home features a 24-hour monitored security alarm and smoke detector system. Each guest will have their own 4-digit code to activate or disarm the system. A new code will be created for each new guest. The code will be invalidated after each guest checks out
- NOTE: The property is 2 stories and requires stairs to access
