Unwind in this cabin-style home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and includes a comfortable living area, a full kitchen and two dining areas, and the charm of staying in a lodge shared by families for generations. Chill out and enjoy three outdoor dining areas, a 14' cool whirlpool spa, plenty of wide-open space for outdoor activities and a 2-level seat wood bench custom-made by the owner! You also have an outdoor kitchen area, which includes a sink, beverage cooler, oven/stove, grill and smoker pit!

We allow you to park right on the river's edge with your vehicle for tailgating and watching the thousands of folks float right past our private riverfront shore.
Guests love our private river access! This keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of River Road, and only 200' away from your room!
There is a one-time linen fee for this rental.
Please note towels are NOT provided.
We love pets! We have two dogs on property. Pets are allowed in this rental. Prior-approval for all pets by the owner is required, and our general guidelines are as follows: 35lb maximum, non-aggressive breeds, non-shedding, and again with prior approval from the owner. Please note there is a pet fee.
All of our properties are smoke-free. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please dispose of your butts in the proper receptacles provided.
Signs and welcome booklets are available in this property. More information on rules, including a checklist and map will be emailed to you after booking.

After 35 successful years in the Dry Cleaning/Laundry business, I retired and built 2 homes and 7 suites on the same land my mother and father purchased in 1960. Now, the property layout includes 4 spacious, private homes. I spend my summers entertaining and hosting families on the beautiful Frio River. My parents always loved having groups of friends and family enjoy this land for all of my life. Now I get to carry on their dream and help give families an unforgettable vacation experience in this stunning Texas getaway!

This property has been in my family estate and owned since 1960. It is one of the last properties on the Frio River with unchanged, undeveloped private riverfront which I enjoyed growing up in the 60's!
