This is a timeshare condominium that I have to confirm all dates are available with reservations before I can confirm all booking.


LOCATION, LOCATION,LOCATION , The IMPERIAL HAWAII is located in the UP SCALE BEACH WALK area of Waikiki Beach. You will be surrounded by RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, BOUTIQUES and ENTERTAINMENT. My STUDIO Room has mini kitchen, dinning table and chairs, sofa and 1 bathroom with tub/shower. Up to 4 for sleeping with Queen Bed ( a few rooms have a double Murphy bed p) and all rooms have a Queen sleeper sofa. Wall safe, local phone call, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, beach towels, hair dryer and 2 maid service are included with your room. Floors and rooms are not determined until you check in. You will get access to the 2600sqft OWNERS PENTHOUSE LOUNGE on the 26 floor. The Lounge has a full kitchen, dinning area, living area , Big Screen TV, pool table , 2 bedrooms , message chairs, and Panoramic views of WAIKIKI BEACH. A private heated swimming pool with beach chairs is located on the roof. 2 hot tubs, sauna, gym, and coin-op laundry are located on the 2nd floor. Valet parking is available for $20 per day or $100 per week. Off the lobby is a 24hrs Denny’s Restaurant and a ABC grocery/verity store with a full deli.

It’s right in the heart of Waikiki. The restaurant around the property are fantastic and very reasonably priced. The staff at these places are absolutely amazing. Donald is amazing to deal with. Absolutely incredible. 100% the best.

Our experience did not match the advertised description.

The rooms go for one third of the advertised price so I would suggest just buying from the front desk if you want to stay at the Imperial. It was a little strange that all the ceilings were only 7 feet high. There was no access to the owner's lounge. The owner of the building said that this particular VRBO owner overcharges on the regular. We ended up changing rooms and the property manager was very nice to us. However, the advertised prices are different from the actual prices. I found this to be disconcerting. Honestly, I wouldn't ever use VRBO again. If something goes wrong, VRBO does everything they can to get out of helping you. The first place we stayed at had a cockroach infestation; VRBO said this was the only place they could put us, and upcharged us at the last minute to accomodate this owners outlandish prices. We were stranded. I highly do not recommend VRBO, or this owner either, really.

We received a call at 6:30 from VRBO on July 7th wanting to know if we could accommodate 3 guests in a studio from July 8 to 30 because the location they had booked in Hawaii had a cockroach infestation and were looking for a new location. We had to call our timeshare to find out if a studio was available for those dates. They had only one room left on the 3rd floor with no view facing a parking lot. If I wanted to book the room I would have to personally pay for the room at because I’ve already used my timeshare weeks for this year. The price for their stay with room, taxes, resort fees and VRBO fees was pass on to the guests before they books there was no up charge on our part , plus they actually received a room on the 15 floor with a partial view which was amazing for a 23 night stay made less then 12 hours before check in. Saying that the room was 3 times the regular price is totally wrong…..that would make it $76 per night, plus I have on control over, State& LocalTaxes, Resort Fees and Fees that VRBO charges. The room was the size that was listed…stating that it was one third the size would make it a 100sqft which again totally false. Since this room was not one of my 12 studios and a room that l had to rent they would not receive access to the owners lounge. I’m Sorry that they first booked some cheap room at a different location in Hawaii that was full of cockroaches and they had to pay more for a great location without cockroaches.

Nice location good price!

The property is in a great location close to Waikiki Beach and the price was very good. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The Imperial Hawaii is a Timeshare/ Hotel where we own12 Studio weeks & 2 One Bedroom weeks since 1980.We have been retired since 2016 both from the retail grocery business.We have been staying at the Imperial in our Studio unit 8 week starting on New Years week. We try and reserve 2 Christmas 4 New Years weeks to rent out. Those weeks usually all get booked 12 months before check in every year. Then if anyone wants to stay at different dates we have to check with reservations for other dates.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION,LOCATION and usually priced at half the price of all the hotels that surround the Imperial. So you get way more bang for your buck. Plus you get to use the OWNERS PENTHOUSE LOUNGE because you are a guest of a owner.
