Electric fireplace in the great room living room. TV's in both bedrooms and sleeping area. Plenty of kitchen utensils provided. Covered front and back porches. Fenced backyard picnic table and fire pit. Walk 3 blocks to dining, shopping and playground. Walk 4 blocks to enjoy 7 miles of walking on Rockaway Beach.

Great place all around, especially if you have dogs! Fully fenced backyard; although small, it still allows dogs to run around. We loved the layout of this home, the backyard feels like part of the living space, especially with having two separate doors to access it.Very clean and well decorated, it feels homey while still feeling like a vacation.We appreciated the binder with menus and the plethora of reading material about the area. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Quiet & Comfortable

This property was well stocked which is so very helpful when traveling. Everyone was pretty comfortable and content, including our 4 legged family members. I would recommend!

Perfect for a coast getaway, this home was spacious and packed with amenities. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, the beach was just a short walk or even shorter drive away. The home had enough lots of space and we appreciated the fact that there were two bathrooms. Rockaway Beach was perfect for our dog who loves to play fetch. Of couse, the surrounding area was beautiful. We had our meals at the home. I would recommend that you go to Fred Meyers or Safeway in Tillamook. The local grocery in town is convenient, but quite expensive and limited. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Comfy and Convenient

After an initial hiccup, our stay was comfy and convenient. We visit the Oregon Coast annually, but this was our first stay in this home. The home had not been cleaned before our arrival, but the property manager made our cleaning of the home worth our while. We very much enjoyed our stay even though our plans changed and we didn’t bring our dog. We will be back as this is a perfect place to stay with a dog.

Awesome location and perfect house!

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and comfy living room with fireplace. It was decorated so cute and the Halloween decor added a nice touch! We loved the back covered deck as well. This location was close walking distance to the shops, bakery and coffee!!.

Jewel of Rockaway Beach.

The house was exactly as we had hoped for. It was very clean, very well decorated, kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Had a fenced yard for dogs. The location was great. It was a short walk to downtown. Looking forward to staying here again:)

Great for family of 4

I stayed here with my spouse and 2 kids. The extra twin bed is basically in a bedroom with no closet or door. It worked great for my family. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway home!

We wanted a getaway home to celebrate our kiddo's 13th birthday with couple of family friends. We loved our stay. The house was clean, as described, well located and well equipped. When we had questions, the property manager promptly responded in in less than an hour. We highly recommend this property and plan to come back . Thank you again.

Went for two nights, house was fairly clean, water was still in the pet bowls and I found plenty of dog hair under the couch, but I cant complain. Everything else was spotless.

Refreshing

Very clean home. The fenced back yard was nice for the dogs. Good communication with the owner. Only thing that may be a negative was that the bedrooms had no heating in them which made them cold when you shut the door at night. Would definatly recomend this rental.

Home away from home.

Perfect cozy place to relax and settle down. Walking distance to the near local joints and to the beach. We love the fact that the place is dog friendly. Hazel loved it. She is well behaved puppy who loves the beach and the home. She felt safe and so did we. Lisa was very communicative and prompt with her responses. Even though it was a holiday week we rented, she was very responsive. Thanks Lisa. We will be renting the place again when we make another trip.

Close to town

This house was nice, newer and close to town; about a 3 minute walk to shops on a quiet street. Lots of seating in the main area for enjoying time together. The listing didn't mention specifics about what was included in the house so we brought some unnecessary items (towels, toiletries), and found ourselves needing a few extra items like baking trays. The house also carries sound very well, so if you chose to go to bed before others you can hear them quite well. Overall a good stay though.

Beautiful, clean, great property

My wife and five of our children stayed here for three days. We were able to cook, clean, refrigerate, and cleanly store our food. The linens and beds were very clean and comfortable. The TVs worked well, the place is just a few minutes walk to a great spot in the beach (hint, hint, photography). The manager answered right away when we had a small issue with the door code, but no big deal. I know some of the others have complained about the request for replacing/cleaning my names and dishes, but for the price, that was a minor thing. Loved it, thank you owners!

Nice little house walking distance to beach

This is a very nice little house that is attractively updated and very comfortable. Short walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants etc. it’s a very quiet street and we enjoyed our stay very much. I have only 4 stars for arrival as we were given the wrong access code. We emailed and got a pretty quick reply but it was pouring down rain and quite cold...Also 4 stars on cleanliness - overall the house was spotless but the bathroom mirror had been missed and it was kind of yucky. Small thing but in these times everything seems to matter more when it comes to cleanliness

Very cutie and mostly modern but not managed or represented well.

Very new build and very nicely decorated. Unfortunately missing a garbage disposal, and missing disclosure of refrigerator seafood restrictions in property posting and excessive requirements for guests to be their maids and replenish all items used. In a location where crabbing, clamming, oysters, salmon, halibut and rockfish about the warning about seafood should be a front page notice. We are not your maid service. We spend 3 hours the day of check out doing your laundry, making beds, and cleaning. Asking your guests to replace everything they used is absurd: toilet paper, spices, laundry soap, shampoo, dish soap. Crazy. We spend over 100 nights per year in vacation rentals and we own a vacation rental. These people are crazy.

Beach house

This beach house was exactly what we were looking for! Dog friendly…fenced in yard, dog toys, bowls, and beds! Our furry friends felt right at home! The location to the beach and trails is perfect! We had so much fun at the beach each day and loved the quaint little town. We really appreciated all the amenities and attention to detail. Thank you! We will definitely book again!
