About this property

Lovely, sunny 1-bedroom apartment with balcony in charming apartment located 100 meters from La Rambla.

Location is very central but also quiet – the bedroom opens onto an interior balcony that overlooks a large interior courtyard, i.e. no street noise.

The apartment has a "double orientation," with sun in the morning in the bedroom, later with light in the afternoon on the other side in the open common area (living room / dining room / kitchen).

My favorite features:
- High ceilings (2.6 m), wood beams, cast iron balconies, exposed brick, original tile, etc.
- Balcony with sun in the morning and midday
- Very spacious common area (39 m2)
- 1.5 bathrooms, including bathtub
- Air conditioning / heat in the bedroom
- Open & fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher
- Stereo & HD video projector
- Key to downstairs courtyard for storing a bike
- Lots of cool bars, restaurants and culture in the neighborhood
