We will not rent Feb or Mar first without Jan being rented. Our area is not a destination for 30 day rentals other than the winter months. So consequently these units only generally get 3 months of income per year. Jan is the hardest month to rent by itself since it's so close to the holidays and our coolest month. Hence the reasoning mentioned above. This unit is in a superb location with and amazing view and spacious, comfortable furnishings and well maintained, in a great complex.
