Parking
The main parking garage door on the first floor of the building leads to the private garage door for the two-car tandem heated garage. 2 cars may be parked one behind the other. 1 additional unassigned parking spot in the surface lot adjacent to the building.
Vehicles must be under 7 feet 2 inches (86 inches) to enter into the garage. SUVs and trucks with luggage carriers or gear boxes may exceed this height. A hanging plastic pipe at each garage door entry indicates acceptable height. If your vehicle moves the pipe, your car is too high to enter into the garages.
Location
Easy access to the slopes. Just a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Keystone or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge or Arapahoe Basin and 30 minutes to Vail. The Silverthorne Performing Arts Complex with award-winning Lake Dillon Theater Company is just across the river over the pedestrian bridge and features live theater, comedy, music, art workshops and festivals.
The complex is on the Blue River, a popular fly-fishing stream and it's just across the pedestrian bridge from restaurants, the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings and events and Cutthroat Anglers fly-fishing shop. The tree-lined Blue River Trail runs past the property. It's an easy walk or bike to the Silverthorne Outlets, restaurants, liquor store. Less than a 5 minute drive to brewpubs, restaurants, shops, sporting goods stores, Target and ski/board rental.
