1960's Toorak Charmer
This was a charming property harking back into the 60's. Beautifully situated in leafy Toorak. Large kitchen and delightful outlook from a large dining/lounge room. It does need some TLC and attention to detail would make this a 5* property. A good idea would be for the host to provide a small starter pack for guests of Teabags, milk, tissues and paper towels for late arrivals. There isn't a BBQ.
