This beautiful one bedroom one bathroom unit is located at the Marina Pinacate Resort, right in the middle of the action at the end of 13 Street with in walking distance from the famous Sandy Beach, as well as restaurants and bars in the area. Located on the fourth floor with a cozy living room area with a big flat screen TV, private Wi-Fi and a sofa sleeper, a kitchen completely equipped with cooking basics such as pots, pans, dishes and utensils, the bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and TV set, with direct access to the bathroom. The condo has a very nice pool and ocean view from the private balcony, and an easy walk to the communal areas of the resort.

In the Resort you can enjoy one large communal pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, children's pool, jacuzzi, gym, lounge, volleyball net, grills, palapas, 24 hours security and one free parking space.

The view was gorgeous! The condo had everything we needed and more, including an air fryer. It was spacious and the decor was great. We were steps from the sand. The surf wasn't very far as well. The gym was nice. Staff was courteous and quick to assist or to call for assistance. Our car was secure with guarded parking. Would love to return. The bed was comfy and I used the white noise machine on the nite stand. The area was easy to walk to restaurants, bars, spas, shopping and convenience stores. The pools and jacuzzi were lovely as well.

NEED TO HAVE CLEAN LINENS

THE CHECK IN WAS EASY, WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE CONDO, WE THOUGHT IT WAS PREFECT, NOT UNTIL WE WENT TO SLEEP AND WE SAW PUBIC HAIRS ON THE SHEET, THE PILLOWS ARE SMELLY, AND IT SEEMS THAT THE COMFORTEERS WERE NOT WASHED. ALL NIGHT WE WERE COLD AS WE DIDN'T USE THE BLANKETS, LUCKY WE HAVE A SMALL FLEECE BALNKER WHICH ME AND MY HUSBAND SHARED BUT NOT ENOUGH TO KEEP US COMFORTABLE, THE FOLLOWING DAY WE WASHED THE LINENS AND STAYED IN THE PULL UP BED, IF WE HAVE CLEAN BEDDINGS AND GOOD PILLOWS, IT COULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT.

Comfortable and colorful!

Great views of the Gulf, comfortable interior, very colorful decor. Everything we needed to be self-sufficient, if we had chosen to stay in, which of course we did not. But a fully self-sufficient unit. Worth the price!

Great stay!

Excellent place with great sense of security, amenities and access to local shops, restaurants and entertainment. Must walk to beach as there is no access from the hotel.
