Best Location on FMB! AWESOME SALTWATER POOL! WALK EVERYWHERE! 1st floor unit

Awesome location, one of the best streets on the island! Very clean cute first floor level two bedroom, one bathroom unit with comfortable living room and a full kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful saltwater pool on a great canal. Views of Estero Bay from the dock. Tiki Hut too with sofa table and 2 chairs. There's a gas grill, to for dining by the pool, excellent outdoor living! There's also a washer and dryer in the garage.

A quiet residential neighborhood street yet a 3 minute walk to main street, Times Square, the Bay and the new hotspot Bayside Bark, the Beach, Restaurants, Margaritaville, Shops, and the best sunsets you've ever seen! No need for a car but there's a large driveway that will fit a trailer too if you're bringing your boat.

Enjoy your back yard with your beautiful saltwater pool or go for a short walk, or go parasailing, jet ski riding, fishing, dolphin or bird watching, sunset or sunrise viewing or whatever you like, it's your vacation! You can rent a bike or boat locally too and go for morning rides right on the beach! There's a gas grill too.

All Tvs are streamed, there HBO Max, Paramount+. HULU, Disney+ and other apps to stream movies and shows, The wifi is super fast 1 TB. There's a 43 inch tv in the Living Room and 24 inch TVs in each bedroom. You will love this home, the pool, the tiki hut and the location! The upper unit is available to rent separately or you can rent both units and have the entire home, pool and yard to yourself.

Perfect location! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The dock in the back yard was perfect for my son to fish off of, he caught a sting ray, catfish, stripped mullet and even seen a manatee swim by. The back yard was the perfect oasis.

Our stay here was fabulous! This place is adorable! It was spotless, the beds were comfy, it had everything we needed including plenty of towels, the pool was glorious and the view on the canal was amazing! It's just blocks from the Times Square area with all the restaurants and bars . It's close enough to hear the music from there but yet it was quiet by late night so it doesn't 't keep you awake. We stayed in the bottom floor unit. It happened that the upper unit wasn't rented out so we had the place to ourselves. Leah was amazing! Great communication! She let us check in early and offered to let us stay later, too. If I ever come back, I would definitely stay there again! Thank you Leah!

Fantastic property

This was such a wonderful find! The rental was perfect for our family and the owner was fantastic. Close to everything and the outdoor area was amazing. We will stay here again and it exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful

This was just as described, the view was beautiful and the house was clean and well kept. The pool and outdoor area was so relaxing. I will definitely be going there for my next vacation.

Amazing Vacation and perfect for Boating/ Fishing

We took my 22 ft offshore boat along and had a blast. 1 mile to inlet walk to everything went shelling, swimming, boating caught tons of fish GF caught a trophy 39 inch snook Can not wait to come back again Leah is awesome and the place is perfect for a weeks get away Scott from Melbourne Fl

4th of July stay

It is a great place to get away! Is a private area and short distance from the beach. We were able to see the beach fireworks from the back dock was no need to be in the middle of a crowd.

Loved Our Stay

Amazing location! 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Beautiful pool! House had everything we needed. Right on the canal, was great to sit and watch the pelicans. Owner was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Backyard Paradise!!

This was our second stay at Leah’s. Leah is a great host and the property is a mini paradise. We enjoyed Fishing from the dock and swimming in the pool. Highly recommend this property and we will be coming back. Thank You for a great time.

July 2021 Stay

We had a great time, close to everything. Backyard is amazing, beautiful spot on the canal, great pool and tiki area. Owner was great and had great suggestions for places to eat and where to go to for entertainment. Loved her dogs as well! Thanks for your hospitality Leah!

Perfect girls getaway

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return! The location was perfect conveniently situated right after the bridge to Estero Island, making it incredibly easy to get around while still being within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach.For boaters, this property is hard to beat. The driveway provided convenient boat trailer storage, towing was easy, and the nearby boat launch made getting on the water quick and convenient. The dock access was excellent with adequate channel depth (use caution at low tide), making docking and daily boating activities completely stress-free.The home itself was comfortable, modern, and very well equipped. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the HVAC kept the unit cool and pleasant, and the large kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. We also loved the clean, newer grill and the beautiful backyard.The outdoor spaces were one of the highlights of our stay. There were plenty of areas to sit, relax, and enjoy the surroundings, and the pool was wonderful. Whether we were spending time by the water, grilling dinner, or just lounging outside, it felt like a true vacation retreat.Leah, our host, was outstanding - friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Communication was always quick and easy.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. Great location, excellent amenities, beautiful outdoor spaces, and a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

Fabulous!

Backyard Paradise

I highly Recommend staying at Leah’s house. She is a great host who had everything you could think of. My family enjoyed spending most of the time outside. From fishing In the canal to swimming in the pool we all had a great time. We are already planning another trip back. Thank you again Leah!

Wonderful house and excellent location!

We visited for 4 days and had the best time. We taxied from the airport and didn’t need a car the entire trip! Everything is within walking distance. Leah even had beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon to take to the beach. The canal was the perfect spot for morning coffee. We loved the heated pool after a long day on the beach. Salty Crab was our favorite restaurant! I ordered groceries from Instacart a few days prior for delivery and that worked out perfect for breakfast and snacks. Leah has everything you need in the kitchen! What a great little house!!!

Stop scrolling and BOOK this place NOW!! You won’t be disappointed. It’s a quaint little place that was in an awesome location!! Everything you need is in walking distance. Leah has laundry on site and even has a beach cart and chairs for use at the beach. The pool was nice and warm! The dock on the inlet was perfect to sit and enjoy a beverage morning or night. We also were lucky enough to see several dolphins swimming in the inlet. Loved this place and you will too!!

Nice place!

This rental was very nice and clean! It is small but was perfect for our family of 4. Pool area is gorgeous and it’s a short walk to the beach. The house had all the necessities we needed!
