This newly renovated home features granite countertops, laminate flooring, central air conditioning and fire pit. The living area hosts a 55in 4K LED Roku TV with Spectrum TV, sound system, leather La-Z-Boys, queen size raised air mattress and Ashley furniture. Two bedrooms include queen size beds, fresh linens, dressers, extra blankets and pillows, flat screen Roku LED HDTV's with Spectrum TV, luggage racks, closet with hangers, charging stations and smart speakers. The third bedroom includes two twin size beds, fresh linens, a dresser, additional blankets and pillows, a 40in flat screen Roku LED HDTV with Spectrum TV, luggage racks, closet, charging station and a smart speaker. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cookware, ice maker, water dispenser, coffee maker with coffee and supplies as well as stainless steel appliances. The garage includes cornhole, BIG Jenga, a grill, smart speaker, additional seating and a 50in LED HD TV also with with Spectrum TV. There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 2 on the driveway. The backyard is fully gated and fenced in for your privacy. Free WiFi is available throughout the premises. The home is centrally located and close to everything. Lambeau Field, Resch Expo, Resch Center and the new Titletown District is just a 2 minute drive down the road and there is a free Packer Game Day Shuttle just around the block. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as a Starbucks and a 24 hour CVS just around the corner. The Oneida Casino and Walmart Supercenter are just 5 minutes away. The home is easily accessible off the highway and is located next to the bus route.

House was clean and well maintained. Owner communicated well and was very kind. No crazy house rules to follow. An awesome laid back stay for a Packers weekend.

This property is close to everything, shops, restaurants, starbucks and is right around the corner to the free Packer game day shuttle. The home was renovated in 2013floor to ceiling and maintains a nice new condition.
