We loved the space and location of the property. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bedroom was comfortable. The building is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and has 24/7 security. We would definitely stay here again!
Traveling to Colombia was an unforgettable experience.The location of the apartment was perfection. It is clean, safe, and walking distance from restaurants, hair places L & J Peluqueria was amazing), and awesome shopping. Can’t wait to return!!
Laura was extremely communicative and easy to work with. The apartment was exactly what the photos looked like and there were no issues at all. Door security was extremely friendly and cared about your security. I will definitely be staying again when I am in Bogota next time.
This is a very nice Building located just a 5-minute walk from the central shopping area in bogota. The apartment itself is very quiet as it faces away from the Main Street. The doorman who worked 24 hours a day are nice when you enter and exit the building. The apartment is suitable for one or two people. I would stay here again. The host also provides very good communication quickly in both Spanish and English! A+
This is my second stay this year at this location. I stayed for two weeks this time rather than one. Overall, the same points from my previous review still apply. Laura's level of communication is very good. The location is excellent for my purposes. Internet access and TV service are good. The apartment is very quiet while still being close to all of the nightlife that Zona T has to offer. Plenty of restaurant options are available within walking distance, including fast food chains like Subway and Domino's. A supermarket, the Andino shopping mall, and ATMs from various Colombian banks are within a 10-minute walking radius. Access to transportation is good. There is Ciclovia every Sunday in Bogota, closing Carrera 15 (the major road behind the building) from early morning until 2PM making getting in or out by car during that time a little more cumbersome (I used nearby Autopista Norte and Calle 80 as the meeting point instead). Sector-based water rationing is in effect in Bogota due to drought this year. The no-water dates are posted at the entrance. Over my two-week stay there were two scheduled no-water dates, but I had water nonetheless. The same friendly building staff from my previous visit was there this time. Lack of toilet paper was still an issue. It would be nice if there was more than one roll of toilet paper in the apartment, especially for longer stays. Overall, I enjoyed staying here and it remains one of my preferred choices for longer stays in Bogota.

I would gladly stay here again. Prior to my trip, I provided Laura with a copy of my passport for access. Check-in was easy despite a post-midnight arrival. After showing my passport I received the keys. The apartment was clean and well organized. The kitchen includes silverware, dinnerware, etc. A washing machine is also present. One closet has bath towels, the main closet has bedding supplies, a hair dryer, and a small hotel-style safe. Curtains are roll-up style. The shower has hot water. It takes a little while to warm-up (on-demand heater) but otherwise works well. The internet equipment consists of a cable modem with integrated ethernet router and wireless access point. Wireless signal is strong throughout the apartment and internet access is very good allowing for things like Voice over WiFi. I lost internet access only once during my stay but a simple power-cycle restored it. There is little noise from the street. A strong internet connection and a minimal amount of noise were important criteria and this apartment met them well. Building staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Don Jaime. Check-out was simple: take out the trash (recyclables separately) and hand in the keys to the doorman. The trash receptacles are in the basement, the building staff will lead you to them. The only two items of note are the need for paper towels and extra toilet paper. These were easily resolved by taking the five-minute walk to the Carulla supermarket on Carrera 85.
