Great location casino nearby free tram nearby, its a great place for family.
Property was well presented, clean and tidy. Check in /check out was very easy. Just a couple of very minor hiccups eg: 4 towels instead of 5 and sofa bed for 5th guest not made up otherwise everything perfect…great place to stay.

Great location
The property was in a great location and walking distance to all we needed. A few things could be improved such as the cleaning the carpet, shower in main bathroom took an extra long time to heat up and the fob to the car park didn’t work. Other than this the property was great.

Fantastic location. Nice apartment. Only issue we had was the key drop off point was closed when we went to drop the key back (8:15am on a Thursday), but after making a few wrong turns and going around the block, they opened closer to 8:40am.

It’s a simple little apartment high up in the tower. Comes with a simple range of amenities, and is definitely liveable in for a longer stay. Access is easy, as long as you’re happy to walk 5 minutes to the nearest tram stop, 15 minutes to Flinders Station. The apartment itself well used, it presents well. But small things like the shower head and colour of the carpet show some wear and tear, to be expected though. Access to free wifi, Netflix and even Kayo (although that could’ve been someone logged in previously).
Overall, our stay was a pleasing experience. It’s not the most amazing place, but for what we paid, and how long we stayed. I’m very satisfied with our time at this apartment!

Nice place....but, needs some TLC
Good location, nice place - cleanliness and maintenance needs some work. Bedroom window latches are mostly broken bringing in cold air and noise all day and night, bathroom fans don't work and signs look like they have been up for years without being fixed, this results in mould in the bathrooms and the apartment being very musty, rust on the fire sprinklers, no garbage bags provided for the bin. A bit of maintenance and a deep clean would do it wonders.

Needs some attention
Overall, our stay was ok. However, the check in process was a mess as they couldn’t find our key (the only key) and we only had one key for four adults for our whole stay after they did find it. Communication with manager was very poor prior to the problem with the key. The air conditioning didn’t work, making the apartment stuffy in the heat. There were inadequate towels and linens, and the towels were of poor quality. The carpet badly needs replacing. The location was good for our visit to the Australian open tennis. The apartment was clean with nice city views.

Absolutely outrageous. Heating did not work for the period of my stay . Got given 1 heater for a 2 bedroom apartment. Had to buy a second heater for myself and to get reimbursed for the same was again a hassel. Please call in advance and confirm that all facilities are working before heading to the apartment. Had to drop the keys at a convenient store about 4 times so that someone can come and check the problem with heater, which eventually cpuld not be fixed.The only good thing about the place was the convinient location and closeness to most of tourist places.

What a nightmare.. picture this. Flying from NSW to Melbourne to be left stranded at 7pm with NO accommodation, apparently the cleaner was to blame. No help in finding emergency accommodation, ended up paying $500 to stay one night at the Casino. Checked in a day later, no apologies, no compensation no care on the end of the management "madecomfy". We had to make numerous phone calls to chase up a key, check in times & after complaints made we still have NO resolution. We were refunded our first nights accommodation that we never use, after 5 days of waiting, which was ridiculous. Left out of pocket $500. Be warned. Do not book via Stayz if Madecomfy are the agents. Feel free to contact me directly to talk about my review anyone from MadeComfy or Stayz as we are still waiting to hear from you. Going to go to ombudsman next.
This apartment for 6 comes with only one key and lift fob!! There were three of us and it was a nightmare trying to organise coming and going. You need the key to lock up (door does not lock behind you as you leave). But anyone leaving needs to take the key in order to access the carpark and to be able to return, so unless you all come and go at exactly the same time you are either locked out or the apartment stays unlocked for the day!!!! Far from ideal. Also only one towel each and one teatowel for five days (dryer barely worked). Only two teaspoons for the apartment! Definitely needs an inventory check! Views were good from the 33rd floor.
I want so badly to give this property 5 stars...it is in a great location, it is spacious, fabulous views, but the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The unit needs a deep clean, specifically the carpet. A good cleaning would make this property a 5 star property. Everything else was great!

Positives: The apartment was well appointed. Had everything we needed and only a few minutes walk to tram stations. Great for our 4 day trip to Melbourne.
Negatives: Apartment was only 2 bedrooms, not 3 bedrooms as advertised, but there was a sofa bed and linen was provided, so worked out OK. Heating didn't work properly. Sometime warm, sometimes not.
