Location, Location, Location! Welcome to our exclusive and cozy two bedroom one bath cottage escape where you can find the Rock Island Trail in your backyard and all of the fabulous restaurants and shops just blocks away on N. Prospect in Peoria Heights!!
Welcome to our exclusive and cozy two bedroom one bath cottage escape located literally just a few blocks away from all of the fabulous restaurants and shops on N. Prospect in Peoria Heights yet remote enough to have the woods in your backyard. Rock Island Trail is just a few yards away from your back deck. We have created a home away from home for our family and friends and now extend it to you! This is not a shared space and is yours to enjoy with the privacy you deserve. Each bedroom features a full size bed with comfy Pottery Barn bedding. In addition to this, there is a comfortable couch in the living room if needed to sleep on. Our kitchen has everything you would need for a short or extended stay including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We also have a Keurig coffee machine with the assorted accoutrements needed for a fresh brewed cup of coffee or tea. During your stay you are welcome to sit outside on our large lovely deck overlooking the woods and Rock Island Trail. We have a convenient parking in our driveway, and there is also plenty of additional street parking.

My teenage daughter and I stayed at "Peoria Heights Haven on the Trail" for 3 nights while traveling from Wisconsin to Peoria for a softball tourney. The house was perfect! Simple, clean, and cozy! Had the basic necessities. It was in a perfect location! Very close to downtown Peoria Heights (cute shops and restaurants!). And it was very close to Forest Park Nature Preserve, which had very beautiful hiking trails! We will definitely book again if we're ever back in Peoria Heights.

Adorable cottage in a great location!

We stayed for 4 night and absolutely loved it. This is an adorable, quaint and very comfortable cottage located right on the Rock Island trail and close to shopping and several excellent restaurants. We had our morning coffee every day on the beautiful back deck, overlooking the trail. Ashley has done a really nice job of providing everything you need. We will definitely stay again and again!

Cosy little home

We had a great stay for a group of 4 in this cosy little home. Attended a wedding and room for us to get ready. Walking distance to Prospect Ave and plenty of restaurants. The walkway behind was pretty this time of year.

Excellent experience. House was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores, restaurants, etc. Access to the Rock Island trail is one house over. Quaint, cute, loved the back deck, glad the weather was dry for us to spend time there outside. Short walking distance to many restaurants on Prospect, convenient. Bedrooms small but beds are comfortable. Minimalist for kitchen supplies if you are looking to prepare food in house.

Hope Everytime was like my first experience!

Perfect location and setting

This home is located perfectly to walk the trail and enjoy the sites and shopping in Peroira Heights. A quiet neighborhood made for great sleeping. The peaceful deck at the back of the home provided privacy and peacefulness in a wooded lot. The home was clean and well stocked for all our needs. Instructions were simple and easy to follow.
