King's Retreat - 3BR / 2Bath - Pet Friendly

King's Retreat boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in the historic Tech Terrace neighborhood just blocks from Texas Tech University. Guests are only a 2 minute/half mile drive from the University and Lubbock's other attractions are located within a short distance. Couples and large groups alike will find this space perfect for their needs. This property has fast Wi-Fi, a 65-inch Roku TV with Netflix, is pet friendly, and the kitchen is fully stocked.

King's Retreat has 3 bedrooms furnished with everything you will need. All three bedrooms have queen size beds with brand new and super comfortable mattresses. You will love sleeping here. Each room also offers a desk and chair, bedside tables, and usb lamps for charging needs.

Both bathrooms have all the towels that you will need for your stay. The front bathroom has a tub shower combo while the master bedroom sports a large walk-in shower. Toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash is available for all guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay including a microwave, stove, oven, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker with creamer and sugar. A large dining room table sits just outside the kitchen for home cooked meals or easy take out. A smaller table sits in the kitchen for quick meals for 1-2 people.

The living room contains two comfy sofas that can also double as extra beds for two people. These do not pull out into beds but were recently replaced and are super comfortable. This area also contains a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix access already set up. The Wi-Fi in this property is quick and will handle all your streaming needs.

The backyard of this property is fenced in with chain link fence and perfect for those traveling with pets. We only allow up to 2 pets. We do ask that you message us letting us know if you have pets with you. In the event that they do damage anything or extra cleaning is needed we will charge an additional fee. The house is close to the Marsha Sharp Freeway, (Highway 62/82) Loop 289, University Avenue, and the interstate, making it a very convenient location for getting around the city. Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
