Lubbock Rest House - 3BR/1.5BA - Safe and Quiet

This home will allow you to escape on your next trip through Lubbock. This house features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a fully stocked and updated kitchen dining room living room and huge backyard with plenty of patio space. Pets are allowed on this property but please send us an approval request before booking if you have them.

The first bedroom contains a King size bed and a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms contain queen size beds and a shared bathroom in the hallway. All the bedrooms and the bathrooms have been fully remodeled. You will love the bottled walk-in shower and modern design.

The living room features plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A 55-inch Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay.

The backyard has a fence, pet-friendly grass, and plenty of patio space to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for 2 vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street.

If you plan on bringing a pet, please message us when booking letting us know what kind and how many. We love all breeds but like to know when pets will be at the property.

You will have full access to the entire house.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the owner's master suite and bath any locked cleaning closets.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

The house is close to the Marsha Sharp Freeway (Highway 62/82), Loop 289, Quaker Avenue, and the interstate, making it a very convenient location for getting around the city.

Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
