Large house with 04 rooms and maid. A brightly lit, feature-oriented architecture with comfortable environments.

Rooms with air conditioning, ventilated, full kitchen, swimming pool, on a plot of 800m2. The house has all the comfort structure and amenities that we owners have set up for our family use, available to guests.

We demand an appropriate profile, a select pattern of guests, familiar and attuned to the peaceful, peaceful and respectful environment we have in our home as well as in the gated community where it is located.

We offer Wi-fi internet, coffee maker, all household appliances (TV, stereo, freezer, refrigerator, barbecue and gourmet area equipment and accessories etc). We also provide an employee (already included in the rate) who works with us, to be on site from 08h to 16:30 daily, exclusively for cleaning and tidying the environments and other necessary care to the property.

Guests will therefore be responsible for the proper use of the property and all items available for use by means of a guarantee (surety bond) to be provided upon check-in.

The house has visible and exterior facing security cameras and pool, used exclusively for local safety issues. The condominium is closed, with guardhouse and access.

We have flexibility for check in and check out times.

Year-end periods (Christmas / New Year's Eve) and extended holidays (Carnival and Holy Week) are out of the normal daily rates and must be negotiated for independent packages or values and for previously established periods.
