Pelican Bay - 15th Floor with Stunning Views

This beautifully updated end unit has amazing views from the 15th floor out over the ocean and across Clam Pass. This unit is located in the beautiful St Maarten building right by the South Beach boardwalk and tram stop. You could not ask for a better location in Pelican Bay!

Enjoy the on-site pool, hot tub, library, sauna, and exercise room as well as full access to all the Pelican Bay amenities (tennis, fitness center, private beach restaurants, and white sand beaches with chairs and umbrellas). This unit includes Wi-Fi internet access, Tivo DVRs, and cable television with multiple flat screen TVs (in den and each bedroom). The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and an attached master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and another walk-in closet. The den has a sleeper sofa and can be closed off for privacy.

This condo is stocked with everything you will need! The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, blender, Cuisinart, and toaster. Both bathrooms are nicely updated with one containing a whirlpool tub.

Sorry -- no smoking and no pets are allowed in this unit.

The building hosts weekly social hour potluck gatherings all year, so it is easy to meet people. During the winter season, there are many additional social events on-site.

There is a beautiful shaded boardwalk leading through the mangroves from our building out to the beach. It is about a ten minute walk or you can ride one of the free golf cart trams. The beach area has covered deck areas, well-maintained restrooms, and a bar and restaurant, as well as free umbrella and lounge chair service.

There is a $300 Pelican Bay access fee, a $100 St Maarten Condo Association application fee, and a required credit and background check (~$100) that are all payable separately. All adult renters must pass a credit and background check to rent in this building. Please contact us for special discounts on rental terms over six months!

The Pelican Bay access fee covers your access also to the Pelican Bay fitness center, as well as access to the Pelican Bay beachfront restaurants and free access to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kayaks, and small sailboats and additionally the golf cart tram service around all of Pelican Bay.

This is a community of longer term residents (no short term rentals allowed) and is a wonderful destination for a multi-month "escape" to beautiful south Florida.

Our building requires all leases to be at least 90 days.
