From the moment you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a hand-made “coffee shop” inspired Pine centre island, a blacked-out kitchen and a modern hand-crafted industrial art piece of copper pendant lighting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Quartz stone countertop, a build-in fridge and freezer, a Whirlpool convention microwave and rose gold Belinger Hause Marble coated cookware set.
Drawn into the apartment, one is mesmerised by the sophisticated floor to ceiling subway tiles. The bedroom is accentuated by the 3-meter-high double-glazed safety glass walls, encompassing the Egyptian draped queen size bed. Breath taking natural light will awake your senses every morning and fill the apartment with exuberance with the afternoon rays of sunshine.
The bathroom consists of a black and white contrasting shower and a bathtub. The warmth of the bathroom is emphasised by ambient filament hanging lights and rose gold accessories.
This industrial oasis makes your stay more convenient from voice activated lights to wirelessly casting your personal screens and content onto the automatic 16:9 widescreen format projector screen. Voice activations and an additional tablet, controls the 3600 Lumens Epson projector as well as the 3.1 JBL Soundbar, which will provide you with astounding bass to make all your movies a reality.
