We are glad that your enjoyed your stay and there is nothing to worry about this property is located on a dead end street. There are 15 homes that are family owned, everyone know everybody along with all the commercial properties surrounding the area on the main road also family owned. We are centrally located so its easy to get around from the theme parks, convection center and I-drive area along with any events being hosted at the Amway center like EDC.

Sorry about the issues related to your stay we have since addressed and fixed everything. The soffit pieces had fallen with the hurricane and we didn't get the chance to get it put back up before your stay. Some of the patio furniture was damaged due to it being in the sun and was thrown away and replaced with new furniture. It had been an ongoing battle with the wasps but we sprayed and took their nests down. All in all your stay was fine beside the issues outside in the backyard, we have made all the repairs and apologize for the inconvenience.

We were informed that you would be checking in around 3 pm for a one night stay with only 2 guests at our home. However, after we had calls from neighbors at 1 am claiming that there was a party at our home we drove by at this time and took a video of all the cars parked in the driveway and on the sides of the street. In total there were 8-10 cars and there was a speaker system you could see at the front door. After we called and kindly asked you to shut the party and vacate your guests we still were nice enough to let you stay until your checkout time. The morning after you left we went inside and it was a mess, the smell of weed was very strong. In order to get the home ready for the next guests, we had to get the home professionally cleaned and replaced most of the linen and towels, we only kept 100 dollars from your deposit. Smoking especially weed are not allowed inside the home, it may say that the home can accommodate 10 guests to stay comfortable but not for your large gathering of people. You must inform your host in the future if you are have a large gathering because communication is very important. After violating the house rules your party shut down. Other guests who have stayed after you found the home clean, comfortable and said that the fridge was working fine along with the the bedroom/bathroom doors locking, leaving us 5 star reviews.

Pamela and her family are great! We appreciate the quick communication and would be glad to have her family stay at the property anytime they visit.

I recommend Edward to other hosts. Our experience has been great. Communication was good and the place was in order. I’d be glad to host Edward again anytime.
