Whether you're visiting with family or looking for a weekend getaway, this Water Oak Villa is perfect for any traveler. Nestled in the luxurious Palmetto Dunes, Water Oak villa is only a short walk or drive to the beach. The villa fronts the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and is in walking distance of Palmetto Dunes 25 championship tennis courts. Water Oak Villas have an on-site pool.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and sleeps 10 people. A master bedroom is located on the first floor overlooking the beautiful golf course. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The main level powder room has a nice size shower. There is also a commercial 80 gallon water heater which helps accommodate the demand for multiple showers.

We had such a wonderful stay. Anne was very easy and proactive with communication. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. It was a very short and easy walk to the beach. Very little traffic on the road and then dedicated path to the beach.

Our family had a wonderful week at this well maintained, comfortable and conveniently located property. Anne, the owner, was extremely responsive and accommodating. Nephews wedding

Just perfect! We drove from upstate New York for our nephews wedding & it was exactly as we expected. 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area & good size living room. Very clean & organized. Beautiful landscaping & great view of the golf course. Super relaxing pool. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. We had a great time & thanks!

Wonderful accommodations for a Family Getaway!

We fell in love with the property and it was perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults, 2 children & 2 infants). The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout made it easy for infants to sleep upstairs while the rest of the family enjoyed the 1st floor. We had a great time using the pool, bicycling and frequent visits to the ocean. I think every family member said ... "we want to come back again next year!" :-)

Easter vacation 2024

We rent a place every year to visit my Dad who spends winters in Palmetto Dunes. This place was spacious enough for all of us and a perfect location for us to bike back and forth to his place. Owner was great to deal with. We had no problems while we were there.

We have stayed in this area several times and love the location! 26 Water Oak was clean and pleasant but could use a few updates (bathrooms need an upgrade, more comfortable living room furniture). Kitchen was well stocked, in fact could use less so that there’s room for grocery storage. We love HHI and look forward to our next visit!

We loved staying at Anne’s condo. It is located in a beautiful quite neighborhood, very close to the beach. The house has everything you need and mid century lovers will appreciate the very thoughtful decoration. Our communication with Anne was great. We were 5 of us working remotely and the internet connection worked fine.

Our father was one of the original Developers of Palmetto Dunes. This is a one owner condo that my brother and I have many memories visiting during the development of Palmetto Dunes. We both spent our summers and breaks here and have been able to bring our children for stays all of their lives. We have an indescribable attachment to the property, as we have been coming here for over 50 years.

Why they chose this property

Water Oak Villa is located off the main traffic area, therefore a quiet but convenient to the Beach and all of the amenities in the community.

What makes this property unique

Community pool is located directly across the street from the unit. Hole number 1 is located directly behind the unit and is an absolutely beautiful scenery. You can enjoy the view of the course from inside or outside on the patio off the living area or from either of the balconies located off each upstairs bedrooms. Shelter Cove Harbor, dinning and shopping is located directly across the entrance to Palmetto Dunes. Convenient to many activities and entertainment.
